ONLY 472 SUBS? I thought this was at least a 100k sub channel! Excellent video quality and explanation, much appreciated!
Thanks alot man, very useful information, i was thinking about buying this case, and now i definitely am.
U deserve more subs
Thanks mate. I'm building a new space as we speak so more frequent content will be coming soon 👍
Great video. Video quality is great. explainations clear. You've earned a sub. (Its curious how you only have so few)
Thankyou so much for your comment. I guess the reason I don't have many subs is the fact I'm very time poor and can only put out videos when I get time. This is only a hobby so my job and family comes first :)
I loved your video! I really liked how you went step by step and on top you have an excellent camera to see every detail! I subscribe and hope more people can find this channel.
Thankyou for your kind words. I'm trying to improve every single video so I'm glad you enjoyed it so much :)
Thank you for the helpful review I was wondering if the case was any good but thanks to your clear explanations I'll surely buy it
Great video man. Awesome production and like the casual presentation style.
Thanks mate, this is definitely the standard I wish to set for my videos. I'm using older recording gear but it gets the job done and I'm so happy everyone has enjoyed this video so much 👍
Great video, just researching before I start my first pc build and this was very informative. Cheers
Yo, did you get this case?
If so where did you plug-in the rear fan im confused
Thank you for the great video and the honest review I had to get this case and I can’t say I’m disappointed
No problem at all mate. 👍
Very informative. Thanks for the video!
No problem :)
Nice video, thank you for the review, i was thinking about getting this case
Did you ever get it
@@swordoftruth1014 nope, finally get antec dx500rgb
You can actually remove the front dust filter by the side panel ( don’t need to remove the front panel )
i run this case with 5 intake and 4 exhaust fans (also from deepcool), removed the glass basement and hard drive cage to put the 2 extra 120mm fans there, GPU (2060super) is vertical and has a slight hotspot in the middle of the card if i touch the glass but the card doesnt go much over 63-65c with CPU topping out at 50c then the fan curve ramps up a little and back down to 38c the dust filters do a great job and easily removed for cleaning
may i see the photos of your setup? I also want to put extra fans but not sure how it will be better
Watching this in 2023, the case still looks amazing.
Very nice case, the dust filter in the back of the front fans instead in the front of them would be a problem or all it will need more is just a cleaning more often?
About fan filter. is it not possible to flip it over. i mean there is no rule you can't do that. Screw hole looks simetric to me. Can you tell me if i am wrong. i can't ber sure bcs i don't see the actual product
Been looking at this case but couldn't find any information on whether you could fit 2x 2.5" SSD as well as a 1x 3.5" HDD
I'm building with this case rn, and I'm confused on wehere to put the cord from the back fan (please help)
One of the best case ever imo !!! Cheap price, sturdy build, 3 RGB fans with good air pulling ,one black fan in the rear, dust filters in the front, bottom and top, good clearance for cables,... all for less than $80 @@
is it quiet tho?
@@seeeLAH1 i use headphone so i cant tell
Can you face the PSU fan up given the glass basement? I am getting a Corsair RGB fan. The led would light up under the glass but I don’t know if there’s room for airflow. Great video! Thanks!
Nice detailed review. Keep up the good work. Btw i think u forgot to review the aio cooler as u said
Hey mate thanks, I was going to do a separate review for the AIO but I haven't has time as yet. Got lots of other things going on at the moment 👍
Beautiful build man
Thankyou sir 👍
im putting a 3080 ftw ultra gameing can i get away with not putting a sag bracet brace in this case
Normal RF120, with PWM controls and stuff? or a case version like "CF120C" Wich has lower rpm than cf 120 and are not pwm
... and I am watching this in 2024. Thank You for video. Any chance you have this case still around? I am very curious about dimensions of front opening and fans assembly... Thank You.
Nice video bro, spot on. I got what I looked for. Keep the good stuff.
Thanks mate, I have new deepcool case video coming soon too 👍
@@kwastek2125 I'll watch it :)
appreciate the video thank you and was just looking on mwave also haha
Good review, mate!
Hey, in your opinion should I go with the fractal design define 7 compact instead of that case if I’ll have a Rtx 3080 and an AMD ryzen 5 5600x?
Hello can i use the arctic freezer II here? Top mounted?
Does your led integrated button's(top of cabinet) led working , coz mine isn't ?
Im torn between this case and the Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB - what you all recommend is best overall ?
Hay man great video! I've been looking around for some info and I hope you can answer some questions for me. Can you remove the HD cage, the reinstall the glass basement roof? Also, if the radiator cage is removed what are the fan mounting options for the bottom of the case. It looked like you can mount some fan larger than 120mm, maybe a 140 or 2?
Hey mate thanks :) yea the hd cage can come out all together but it won't be fixed in place as the thumbscrew fixes to the top of the Hdd cage. And yea you're right you can install 2x 120mm fans in the bottom once it's removed, I said you could only install one in the video.
@@kwastek2125 Hey, great video. Very clear.
I have a couple of doubts,
1) Can you sync the RGB on the front ARGB fans with an additional CM Masterfan MF120R fan (in place of the rear exhaust)
2) Will you recommend this over Masterbox MB530P?
@@sagarchopra3819 hey mate thanks. As far as the fans go yes you should be able to sync it up fine. From memory the coolermaster fan might have a different rgb connector but the case does come with a couple different rgb leads so as long as you can connect it up it should be fine.
As far as the case I'm not sure as I haven't used that case. I don't think you can go wrong with this case for the money.
I want to buy the same fans whick are them?
how did you sync the front fans with board?
Bro in my country this case is 92$. Do u thing this is a good deal or for this price i can get better case?
Very nice I might get this case for a overhaul of my system this winter. :) as I'm currently stuck with a 6 yr old Cooler Master silencio 652s case would like something this generation etc. :)
I would very much insist on this case for a more modern upgrade mate. For the money you can't beat it IMO.
My fans don’t run rgb, do I have to Plug the rgb cable into the mainboard slot? Thanks for helping
Awesome video, earned yourself a subscription!! :D
Thank you mate. :)
Hey, was it difficult to hook up all of the A-RGB components from the Radiator fans and AIO pump to the integrated controller? When I get this case I will have 3 A-RGB fans (2 on my AIO and 1 as rear exhaust) and want to have it all synced with the pre-installed front fans. Only thing is they are Cooler Master fans and have different A-RGB connectors than the ones Deepcool uses. I assume it comes with more connectors and just uses Molex for powering the controller. Can you confirm?
Loved the review really helped me decide if this case would be a good fit for me!
No it was easy with the Deepcool fans. From memory the cooler master fans have a different connector but you daisy chain them and just use the included adapter cable to connect it to the RGB controller it'll be fine. Alternatively just use your motherboards on board rgb controller.
@@kwastek2125 Hi, I have similar situation but my MOBO doesn't have the ARGB connectors. I have 3 Deepcool ARGB fans I bought separately, is it possible to have all 6 fans (3 from the case and 3 other deepcool ARGB fans) connected to the controller on the case? As I do not have RGB connectors on the MOBO.
Would be nice if you link the used components in the description.
Amazing case comes with 3 front rgb fans also cheap about $100 ca including tax compare to other case worth the money you pay
Yea it's come down in price to $119 here in Australia. Fantastic value
hello I have a mobo msi x470 gaming plus but they do not have a 3-pin 5v input, will there be a problem or does the cabinet already have an adapter?
The case has a built in led controller and has different adapter plugs for different motherboards.
Great video! can you update with thermal performance.
Does it include the rgb strip located in the psu cover?
Yes
Let me help u guys. So this case is one of the cheapest with premium look that offer almost same performance as h710i, h500p mesh. My build is an 1080ti aorus, 9600k deepcool castle 240rgb v2. So far the best combo that balance airflow with noise is: rf 120 and rf 140 fans. I put 1 rf 120 back, 2 rf 140 on top . I mounted the 240 rad in front with push pull config with push the fans that come with aio pull the rf 120 and one more rf 120 unde rad for intake gpu. I changed cage position to front to block air so i have a good airflow under gpu. So far, apex legends cpu 51c, gpu 68 c ambient 22, csgo cpu 53 gpu 60. Now,from stress test i saw cpu without front 54-55 and with front panel mounted 58-59. No difference on gpu. Now, im thinking a way to make the front panel mesh but same time keep acoustics same cuz this is the only single thing that case miss from beeing perfect. If they would implement a front mesh or front open intake it would screw the competition.
how much fps would this run
does that aio come with thermal paste already applied, did you a tube of paste with the aio, or did you have to buy it separably?
Yes mate
Definitely a good box if lubricated well
How do you connect all the rgb effects into one button
By using the integrated RGB controller on the back of the case or plugging that controller into your motherboard itself.
subscribed!! Do you still recomend this buget friendly case?
Absolutely!
They have revised the silly front dust filter.
It is now magnetic! No more crappy tabs.
is it still behind the fans?
Good day to all! Is the blue backlight of usb, microphone and line out lit when the computer is turned off? Is this a type of chip or is something incorrectly connected?
From what I've found mate it stays on in the off state. Not exactly sure why. I'll revisit the case and see if there's a fix for it.
Which RGB software do I need with this?
Excellent case
Is it possible to plug another Deepcool ARGB Fan (like CF 120) to the case RGB controller? Or could does the fans be daisy chained in any way?
Yes there is plenty of room to plug more fans in. They do daisy chain or plug directly into the controller
Where is the restart button??
How about kraken X63 IN THAT CASE??
Hi and Thanks Kwastek. I bought this new computer with this case and although the front 3 fans and the Power supply all work off the case button, the top two fans, LEDs light strip and rear fan just glow blue and don't change with the front fans color! Any ideas whats wrong? Cheers from WA ;-)
Hey mate, if you have those fans running off the motherboard then make sure you have the correct pin out. Usually if the pinout is different then blue is the only colour that will be put out. So I would check your connections first cause that's what it sounds like
how many fps does it have?
Why is there a glass panel directly in front of fans??
EDIT: oh, there's an air panel to the side. I have to trust that's enough air, although I don't feel good about it haha
Hey i just bought this case and I couldn’t find a way to connect the front fans on my motherboard it just comes too short even tho i have a normal ATX motherboard any solutions?
Yea that's frustrating. If the fan cables are too short then you might have to buy extensions or a fan controller. What motherboard are you using?
Hey mate would it be easy for you to tell me about the fan speeds and cmf for both the rear one and front ones?
Here mate all the info you need...

What about airflow?
I have a choice between matrexx 55 mesh and matrexx 70.
Matrexx 55 mesh has very good airflow and matrexx 70 because it has a lot of space.
The matrexx 70 has good airflow once the front dust filter has been removed. I have been using this way for the past 6 months and it's been quite good. I can't comment on the matrexx 55 as I have not used it
I have a question. If I install radiator+fans to top side how much cm can it be max? Does it touch to rams or motherboard?
I wouldn't go any bigger than 25mm on the rad plus fans.
Thanks for the video. Can i install 2 * 360 radiators on the front and on the top in same time?
Yes shouldn't be a problem. I was going to do the same thing for some testing 👍
@@kwastek2125 thanks 😃
On sale on Newegg so might grab it
The video was very helpful but does it support 360mm radiators on its top
Yes
is the cooling/airflow upto the mark? we dident see the benchmarks of the tempreture.... otherwise an awesome video .. :D
Hey mate, yea unfortunately I didn't have time to test thermals when I recorded the video. Since using the case for my daily in an Australian summer it's been perfectly fine. I did take a suggestion from another user who commented and removed the dust filter from behind the fans in the front which did improve airflow a bit. So I would recommend doing this also.
KWASTEK so put the dust filter in front of the fan?
If you could reply, it would be greatly appreciated since im going to be doing my first build..
Do you know if you could fit the NZXT Kraken x72 in there?
Yea it'll fit for sure. Plenty of space for 240,280 or 360mm AIO's or radiators.
@@kwastek2125 Thanks, helps alot.
Subbed!
ok but what about the short space between front fans and the glass??? the airflow is sucking in this case...
Not had an issue with airflow because of this. Removing the back dust filter from behind the front fans did help a bit with airflow though. But I didn't have an issue at all given there's about 15mm of space in the front.
I just wish you'd have used components fitting for the price point of the case. ATX board, fans instead of AIO and such. The video itself was informative so here is an up, but i didn't get to know how my setup would look in it.
Yea I understand what you're saying but do you understand why I used the components I did? Basically if all that fits then so will anything else.
Anyone know the difference between this case and the Deepcool Matrexx 50?
Sorry for late but the 50 doesn’t have a psu shroud
Are the fans included PWM and aRGB? Are they the exact same as the RF120s or CF120s?
Yes and yes. They are the CF120's I believe.
Do you have any idea about what psu comes with this case and how many watts does the psu have
This case doesn't come with a psu
I may get a 3080, will the 3080 fit inside this case and will any parts of the 3080 airflow get blocked?
did u put a 3080 in hows the case im getting this next week
The deecool castle 240 you are using is enough for a intel core i79700k . ?
Couldn't honestly say yes or no. But it cools the 3900x sufficiently so you should be OK.
Hey man got 3 more fans for the top they they be intake or exhaust
Exhaust mate
Is it good to take this for build like this?
1) Processor: AMD Ryzen 3600
2) Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 GAMING X
3) Memory: Kingston HX 16GB DDR4 3200MHz HyperX Fury Black
4) Graphic: Asus PH-GTX1660-6G
5) SDD: WD M.2 Black SN750 / 500GB
6) Power: LC Power LC6650GP3 V2.3 650W
Thanks.
That build looks pretty solid for this case for sure 👍
My next case
Just ordered this case for 164 dollars great deal for us Australians
Yea mate for the money you can't go wrong.
hey man. ple just built me a pc in this cazse, how do i change the rgb fans at teh front?
As long as they plugged in a SATA cable to the rgb controller in the back you use the button on the top furtherest away from the power button. It'll say "LED" on the top of it
can i pushpull a 360 aio infront?
Yea just. You have 6cm from the back of the fans to the glass bottom basement.
Will I be able to install 140mm fan at the rear or only 120mm
120mm unfortunately. A 140mm would have been nice on the back but given the size of the case this wouldn't have been possible
Good vid, do you know what the difference is between this and the mattexx 50
the matrexx 50 doesnt have a glass front panel and it doesnt have the rgb strip on the basement
makayla ty
Plushy youre welcome! if you’re looking for a cheaper version of this one the matrexx 50 is it . i currently have the 50 and even though it’s not as clean as this one , i believe the 50 still has a really clean and amazing look compared to most cases in it’s price range
U can remove dust filter by opening front panel
Yes. You only need to take the front panel off if you want to fit fans and/or a radiator
Can i change the logo (in angle brackets) in psu cover?
It's just a cutout in the paint. So I guess if you got creative enough you could 👍
Are these the CF120 fans? And lastly would a asus prime b470-pro motherboard work on this case?
Yes and yes 👍
KWASTEK I just picked this up thanks man :)
What gpu?
1200W ???
How noisy is it/how much db it makes
I haven't measured with a sound meter as I don't have an accurate one. As far as listening to it, it's not that bad at all.
Thanks mate
hi can i push pull config into front intake with this case?
No unfortunately
Do I need to get an extra air cooler or the coolers come with it are all good? And does it get hot? And does it get dusty
Yea the included fans are fine. If you're running an AIO then just mount to the top to pull out more air. Temps were fine on my 3900x and 1080ti set up. Dust so far has been ok
@@kwastek2125 so in an i5 9600k rtx 2060 I don't have to get any fancy coolers or something right?
Nah you'll be fine
I cannot get the led button to light up or work do you know where it goes exactly?
It's a storage indicator light. So when the system is reading from the hard drive or SSD it'll flash accordingly. I thought the same thing too when I reviewed the case but it doesn't stay on all the time.
KWASTEK thank you I thought I was doing something wrong thanks!!!
Having the dust filter behind the fans kinda defeats the purpose of the easy remove front panel doesnt it? A magnetic one to just go over em would have been so much better with the fans mounted behind the frame,. Pop front off, remove filter for cleaning, pop back on.
100% agree with this. Maybe in their next revision.
KWASTEK But at the same time you should just remove the dust filter entirely. Reason being is that the intakes on the side of the front panel already have built in dust filters that seem to be the same as the removable dust filter so why have 2 of them? IMO it just makes sense to remove it and let the fans move more air 👍🏼
@@vtgchaos6272 Except you should not use it choked up with the front glass on anyway, so it doesn't matter that it has filters along the sides, the surface area to get air in through there is a joke.
It there cf120 or rf120 fans?
CF120 from memory
What are rubber grommets?
Rubber inserts with cutouts in them. They sit in the cable pass through holes for aesthetics
What’s the software for control the fans ?
There's an integrated LED controller on the back which is controlled by the button on top labelled "LED" or plug the LED controller into your motherboard and use your motherboards software.
looking at a new case, I'm curious, is there any room for a CD Rom drive?
No unfortunately this case doesn't support 5.25 inch bays.
@@kwastek2125 thanks and yes that is unfortunate
Hi, for the included RGB a couple of questions:
1. Should the LED button on the top of the case be able to cycle through modes out of the box? or is some software / config required (mine doesn't change from the default blue)
2. What cables are required to be plugged in? I have the fans plugged into a mobo fan header (and they spin fine) and the single SATA power plugged in, which as said above, allows for blue lights but no cycling.
Futhermore, my LED strip seems to only have 3 lights working and at random (but not blue like the fans) colours - could this be related to some power problem? Or is it likely a broken strip. I bought this case off of a friend who reviewed I believe it worked fine for him, but unsure if either I've damaged it in shipping or if I havent configured it correctly. He isn't able to get back to me right now, so wondering if you could have any guesses? Thanks!
Yea the led button should cycle through all of the colours/modes out of the box. Try using the integrated led controller to control all of the fans and led strip then try with your motherboard. If you didn't get l the accessories and different led cables with the case the more than likely the pinout is different from the Led strip to your motherboard header hence why you only get blue. Each motherboard vendor is slightly different with the pinout. What motherboard are you using?
