Not wrong. You pretty much have to disassemble everything except the motherboard things like RAM and the CPU+Cooler.
Thx man! Buying this case for my first build! I was aiming for a budget case with some synchronizable RGB. I also wanted it to be easy to build in it(as i'm a beginner) and have a decent airflow. This case has all the things i wanted

I know Corsair is selling this as a "gaming" case but I like the more subtle, mature, clean look with the dark tinted TG and the toned down RGB. I think other cases are better at removal of TG side panels and airflow could be an issue but at $60 who can complain right!? I enjoyed your review so much, I'm getting two of them! Looking forward to more of your reviews!

This was very helpful, specially for me as a picky person! The tiny details are what matters and you went through all of them. I've been looking at a shotload of cases, I was a bit worried about the airflow but it looks like it will do great, I like just a bit of RGB (not too crazy) so the tinted panel is great too :)

Buying this case for my first build cant wait to get into it thanks for having this review because I'm always skeptical with mid tower cases!
I have this case and its great, easy to add fans to all the slots and I have a radiator mounted on the top, I don't have full sized harddrives anymore, but if you did I don't know how you'd manage to cram them in and even with a modular powersupply I found I ran out of room and had to remove the caddy. I did get two 2.5 inch drive holders with mine, so maybe in later modules (or the EU sku) you get two
He's gonna sell more of these for Corsair so I wish they pay him a commission, great review.

I've bough this case and unfortunately I can't recommend it. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, has very decent build quality for the price, everything fits as it should and if that was it I'd keep it for sure. But it has one issue that I just can't live with... Terrible airflow. You get a powerful card in there and it will choke your pc. Removing the front panel decreases temperatures up to 20º celsius. Before you ask, I'm using two noctua NF-A12 in the front pulling air in the case and three BeQuiet silent wings 3 to exhaust.
Exactly what I was thinking looking at it. Sleek design, but choked front intake.
@@BruceLeedar It's just a shame because it really looks good. Bought a phanteks p400 air and it solved the temperature issue, it's a much better purchase although it looks arguably worst.
@@Playcebola I like updraft designs, with intake along the bottom and exhaust at the top. It enables completely closed front panel designs without cooling penalty. Too bad it is fairly uncommon, especially at lower end price points.

7:15 Thank YOU for another classic point there . Best solution for my non-AIO cooling setup -- use the rear & front fans as intakes , let warm air vent out through the ceiling mesh naturally , i.e , no fans at top . Should maintain positive air-pressure inside & keep things cool & silent 🤔 i5 9400f , asrock phantom b365 , 16x4 gb 2666 , gtx 1050 ti 4gb , 240 gb & 2 tb , win 10 & mint , 2 benq 22" .
Thanks only to this review , will get this case . Not the Gigabyte C200 -- that thing weighs a ton 🙄 Both cases are sharp & subtle RGB though . Never admired a PC case review this much I have ! Truly brilliant . Thank YOU , really . Best Regards .

Looking good. If you do throw a LED strip or fans in there, I’d like to recommend some CableMod AIO sleeves and a red cable extension kit. I know you aren’t one for getting into all that fancy stuff, but they look so good and really bring a build together. I can’t imagine my builds without them anymore.

Fantastic job going through the review. Well done! Great for an everyday PC meant for web surfing, media consumption, etc; a perfect $500 budget build If someone builds a high-performance gaming or content creation PC in that case, I'm not sure the thermals would agree with it. That front end is nearly closed off. Front vents on the front of the case do make a difference.

Hey techne I wanted to let you know that you’ve helped me buy a razer kraken headset, Corsair 175r case, hyper x alloy elite keyboard and sp120 Corsair fans. Thank you soooooooooooooo much!!
I do not suggest this case at all. Because of the solid front there is almost no airflow. I suggest the phantek p400a. it comes with 3 rgb fans and has really good airflow. It’s a bit more expensive than this case but worth every dollar.

Bought this case day one it came out and it's one of the best atx cases I've bought in this price range and it's pretty small for a full atx case with great cable management

Great review, this is the case used for Origin's Neuron Case - (it has some slight mods but this is what the case is made with).
Great video, I really like this case and plan on buying it with my new setup. Do you know the reference of the included fan? I can't find it on Corsair's website. I would like to buy more of the same to have a better airflow and synchronize the RGB lights :)

you download your motherboards rgb software, but on mine i can only choose from 8 preset colors

I´ve bought this one. I´m just missing the HD led on front panel. The
side cover screws aren´t so good like my old cabinet. They does not come out concentric. Nothing more bad things to say about it. Very good product.
I can't tell if you're actually in love with this thing or if you're advertising for them, CZcamsrs always seem over excited to me.
The Fractal Design Focus G (I'm assuming the competition to this case) has one fatal flaw, the wires for the SSD or HDD's have to be crimped or bent at an extremely sharp angle to fit. You didn't show the back after putting it together so I'm curious if the storage wires are an issue with this case as they are with the FDFG.

The biggest problem of this case is the airflow from the front panel. Only top and bottom for the intake is insufficient for the cooling purposes, I need to drill bunch of holes along both side of the front panel to make it has better airflow into the case.

But I end up swap almost everything power supply from white to gold, rx580 to vega56 , swap cheap Chinese fan, only thing left from pre build from shop now is case,mainboard ,CPU,ram ,harddisk,ssd the rest I swap it
Now I look for new case and I'm interesting in this model and found your video and the case look like everything I need no stupid cheap fan with RGB that almost no wind, The case airflow look nice honestly really look great

Amazing video and review. I bought this case for my first of build. A couple of questions though. Since there is a vent underneath the PSU, should I use the case in a vertical position or horizontal? I am currently using in vertical position. And secondly can we change the front side of the case with something which has more air vents in the front side? Also which cabinet fans are you using? Can you recommend which will be better?

My first build is a 350 dollar i7 with 16gb and a gtx 1050 this is the case i chose cause its on sale for 70 and its just a nice case
