34053 "Sir Keith Park" powers 'The Purbeck Piddler' on the Swanage Railway 22/06/2024

There was every intention to take a break from Bulleid pacifics and the Swanage Railway, for fear of saturation. But this was a perfect storm. The Isle of Purbeck, clear skies with a strong sun, and an evening steam service near to the summer soltice. Resistance proved futile.
A new addition for this year, the Swanage Railway would operate a real ale train under the title of 'The Purbeck Piddler', making two return trips over the line between Swanage and Norden during the sunset hours. 34053 "Sir Keith Park", owned by Southern Locomotives Ltd, would provide the traction for the evening.

35018, 34081 and 34092 have all returned to their homes. Unsure about 35006 but it probably be this week. 34072 also leaves this week for Mid Norfolk
