I've lived in various cities from east coast to the left coast and the Gulf Coast to Canada border and the only places I've seen road rage are in the city's and democratic controlled cities always seem like they are the worst. I honestly believe it's all due to being packed in like sardines in a tin can. Fighting rush hour traffic the noise pollution, light pollution and the constant rushing here and there like a cockroach. And no matter how you plan there aren't enough hours in the day to deal with all the crap that's going on in your life that demands you time. The cost of living is greater than it should be there isn't enough room to swing a dead cat, you can truly get any peace and quiet much less any true privacy. I.didn't realize how stressful city life was until i moved to a small town in the country that was over an hour away from the big city. Here we leave our homes unlocked and yes everyone knows everyone's business but they will gang up whenever things are bad and everyone helps whomever needs it whether you like them or not, because they will help you almost like an extended family. There are individuals here I don't care about associating with but they are still nice to you and will stop and help you with a chore that is tough to get done and refuse any money for doing so but then they know that you will stop and help them. My blood pressure dropped and i don't have to take all the meds I used to take. I have fresh food every meal I've lost weight and back to my high school weight and while my hair loss didn't grow back it hasn't gotten worse. I'm in better shape quit smoking and drinking I have more energy than I did in the city even when I hit the gyms. I'm not scared of criminals, and other crap that filled my life in the city. We have some crime but very little compared to the cities. I've lived here 34 years and we have had one murder. A handful of burglaries and a few fist fights. No home invasions no car theft, we have drugs in town but everyone knows who they are and as long as they don't steal from anyone in town or sell to the kids the cops leave them alone and they leave every one else alone. I've never heard of a rape or child molesting. Spousal and child abuse are extremely rare and the cops know everyone and what they are up to and they can deal with most issues without arresting people they normally just have a "talking to" and the situation is taken care of. Our biggest issues are occasionally a DUI or speeding ticket. The cops will normally just throw the drunks in jail until the next day and give them a 50 dollar ticket if it continues or occurs very often then they will send them to the county jail to allow them to ponder their screw ups. But we definitely don't have any road rage. You can't pay me enough to live in the city again. Life is slower and peaceful since we operate on Indian time. Of course my town is on the reservation and as such everything is on Indian time. Business does open and close like they do in the city but they will stay open late if you ask or open early if needed and some will open when they feel like it and close whenever they want.

Just last week I had a rode rage incident where one driver got off beat on the window and screamed at the driver. The other driver rolled down the window and shot him in the chest.. He collapsed, I gave CPR, but he passed away in my arms.. Its not worth it guys.. Get home to your family safe and live to see another day.

I live in a state where concealed carry is common and I always assume the other person has a weapon. A friend of mine used to drive a 1966 VW bug. One day back in 1982, a guy in a big Cadillac decided to pass him then slow down to 5 MPH. Whenever Hank tried to pass him the guy would laugh and hit the gas. This went on for 5 miles. Finally at a traffic light, the 5'-6" black guy in the Cadillac puts it in park and walks back to confront Hank. Hank is 6'-8" and 290 lbs with hands so big he can palm a bowling ball. Hank gets out of the tiny car and glares down at the little guy suggesting that he either gets tfootw, or becomes a splat on the pavement. Never assume that just because your car is bigger - that YOU are bigger.

A bit of advice its ok to mess around sometimes but not with a ford ranger. I once saw a Ford Ranger towing a well its called the waste lander in GTA 5 with a tow truck in the back that was towing a tow truck that was towing a fully loaded 2 trailer semi truck. It went from Florida to Nevada and it passed threw my city in the 1990s. I saw it. You don't fuck with a Ford Ranger. Its towing capacity is yes.

A friend of mine used to drive a 1966 VW bug. One day back in 1982, a guy in a big Cadillac decided to pass him then slow down to 5 MPH. Whenever Hank tried to pass him the guy would laugh and hit the gas. This went on for 5 miles. Finally at a traffic light, the 5'-6" black guy in the Cadillac puts it in park and walks back to confront Hank. Hank is 6'-8" and 290 lbs with hands so big he can palm a bowling ball. Hank gets out of the tiny car and glares down at the little guy suggesting that he either gets tfootw, or becomes a splat on the pavement. Never assume that just because your car is bigger - that YOU are bigger.
