Food is bland and lacking in much flavour without salt, as salt is a flavour enhancer. So many of your stuff lacks salt, it's ridiculous.

Andy w this isn’t a french baguette this is pizza dough. You always put olive oil in pizza dough unless you have a proper pizza stove where the temperature gets hot enough. If you are making pizza at home or not using a proper pizza stove where the temperature doesn’t get hot enough that’s when you use olive oil

Loved this Kay! another great post-brexit meal! none of these fancy posh European spices and herbs and spices; just good proper British grub wot you can get in asda! Not quite as good as last batch, lack a little slippy slimey texture which the wife and I loved! Still great though! Thank you again Kay and Lee, we love you x

For a calzone you’re supposed to put the tomato sauce on the outside of the calzone. Never on the inside. That’s just for the cheese and other fillings. If you so wish to put tomato sauce inside (for whatever reason), you should only sauce half of the pizza dough, then you fold it in half. Kay, I would really do your research before you upload videos. Plus why the need for tomato passata and purée? You never do that for a calzone
