- Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt holds the World and Olympic records for the fastest time in the 100-meter sprint. Bolt's stride, strength, and muscle coordination make him not just a biomechanical marvel, but also an eight-time Olympic gold medalist.
The Science of the Summer Olympics video series, a partnership with the National Science Foundation, NBC Learn, and NBC Sports, explores the science, engineering, and technology that are helping athletes maximize their performance. Watch all nine videos.

It's not so much about individual muscles it more about how well the facial connection is working as well as proper gate mechanics
You joke, but studies show people who grimace when lifting/exercising perform worse than when they do not.

The glute muscles are probably the most important for sprinting, yet there is no mention of them here.
Body mastery is the most important for sprinting & no one mentions it.

A smart message. i would agree.
Sprinting is a complex skill. It's the brain what has the most influence on skills. especially complex ones. not certain muscles @@biggalaxy9102
No! From a muscle perspective it's the center/core musces that are most important.
So #1 is probably psoas and pelvic floor. Glutes are also very important because they're also close the the center of the COM.
Basically the closer the muscle to the COM , the more important.
But at the end it's the brain that controls all the muscles. Don't think that training muscles help to sprint faster. It doesn't if the pattern isn't similar.
Do you ever though about why it's very easy to improve a movement such as squat, or bench press.
It's harder to improve movements such as jumping or throwing.
And it's very, very difficult to improve sprinting! It's because sprinting is such a complex skill relative to jumping or squating.
It's cyclical, fast, reflexive and uses nearly all muscles. And some morons really think that we can improve this by lifting a barbell in the gym...
The world fastest man usain bolt
What?

What?
Really no substance to this. I was expecting a breakdown of his running form in comparison to other runners and in comparison to what science believes would be perfect form given the human anatomy. East of time viewing this
They are guessing. This isn't why Usain was the fastest man ever. There is something that is more important than the physical aspect of all of this. The physical is just the by product of something much more important. But I'm will never talk about it. All the greats of all time know about it but hardly ever talk about it. Anyway I know this sounds vague & will never help you find the answer you're looking for. Oh well. 😊
See even if. I don't understand the , ok i kniw that was hottt, understand the loneliness i would be wrong, i m not using the word desire here, he was single, i m telling you i can't recreate it, single committed male female, because you can get away with playing i m so female card, what card should i play i am so bechara card, and no one wants to be with bechara's , nonetheless makhan lagane ki jarurat nahi hai , bolna aur karna , kuch kiya hoga isliye hi toh bol rahe hai , now this is getting way more complicated than i am capable of comprehending 🤯
