- Welcome to Steel City RC channel. Today after work I met up with George. He brought a Traxxas Xmaxx 8S with a HW Max6 and stock motor using 20/50 gearing. I brought the Losi dbxl-e with a HW Max4 and Castle 2028 800kv using 17/50 gearing 12S.

What is up man! Yes the Max4 is awesome! Haven't had it out in a bit due to weather. But it never fails to amaze me the power it has. Kraton will be nuts 12S lol. Have fun man 👊🤘
It’s on 12s now lol just on a ztw every time I gear it up the motor starts to cog I don’t think the esc can handle the power it throws excited to get the max 4 tho everyone is having great luck
@@andrewtexiera2858 I see. Almost got a ZTW a few years ago. Stuck with 8S for a couple years. Then got the 16S Flier and honestly hated it. This Max4 is beyond both of those IMO
@@SteelCityRC oh yeah you can tell from your running video with the r snake vs the max 4 it’s night and day honestly the r snake I hated also blew mine up cause I over geared my 700kv motor lol the ztw is more user friendly but the power just isn’t there without risking it blowing up
