Super... excellant tricks and tips.... Iam eagerly waiting to try... vade out of this... also ... I would like to share my experience.... my wife prepared radish sambar... it was a week after marriage... finally... it was ready to eat... but it was radish rasam..... fully watery when I asked she told it was sambar 🤪🤪 I was shocked to see that 😆🙄🤔 finally she sent me out of the kitchen and she followed this tip which you showed.... she ground... this powder with fresh coconut and prepared... sambar...I was again shocked to see... I was just thinking how come rasam became sambar...coming to the taste it was really nice.....
Can try this... really it works!!

It goes good with any kind of fries, podi dosa. Specially we mix this in avakai annam or any other pickle rice. For instant chutney we mix this powder, tomato pickle and little curd. Try these also amma, you will like it 😊
