Menu To Serve 4-6 persons

Moong dal 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Jaggery powder 1 cup
Hot milk 1 cup
Cardamoms 4
Matar paneer
paneer 200 gm
frozen peas 100 gm
Onions 2
tomatoes 2
ginger a small piece
Garlic 2 cloves(optional)
Oil 2 tbsp +1 Tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp ,haldi1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Dania powder 1tsp
Jeera power 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Jeera Rice
Long grain rice 1 cup
ghee 2tbsp
cloves 2
cinnamon a small piece
bay leaf 1
Green chilis 2
Jeera/Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp
Water 11/2 cups
Salt
Dried Onion slices 2 Tbsp
Channa Masala
Kabuli Channa /white chickpeas 1 cup
