I will NEVER GO THER AGAIN. I was driving transit & highway police, charged me 160 euros, for nothing. An easy way of making money, out of unsuspected tourists. After I paid & left, I returned to my country and went to local Slovenian embassy/consulate to complain, and they wouldn't even open the door to let me in.

Don't fool us. You didn't pay highway vigniette which costs 15€ per week, so you were fined.
@@visevnik I DID PAY the vignette. But it was not glued to my windscreen. Nobody told me that I had to stick it to my windscreen. The policemen understood what happened, I showed them the vignette, and the receipt. But they wouldn't change their mind. They fined me.
In Bulgaria, you don't stick the vignette in the windscreen.
So they charge you correctly. Rule is clear that vignette needs to be on the windshield. So police stopped and charged you fully correctly. It was even writen on the vignette in the past that is valid only glued on the windshield. Was impossible to miss this….
