If the scarjo thing went to court, she would lose... as said, it was a real voice actor whom ONLY sounds like her... if that were to be allowed, then ONLY one person who sounds similar will ever be allowed to monetize their voice...
Same with appearance, can only one person look the same and monetize their likeness of course not this is just lawfare, actual lawfare.

I'm 70, and when I want to take the effort can code in several different environments (oh, and I'm trying to get back into school for biomedical engineering (and other health-related stuff). Your comment about the average age of legislators is bullshit ageism- NONE of the younger MAGAt crowd will have the slightest competence in this (or any, I'm pretty certain) technical area, and ANY legislators with a "brian" will consult appropriate expert people for background and assistance in formulating policy. Of course, that leaves out the 'morans", which is MOST of them, but particularly the younger MAGAts, almost exclusively motivated only by all sorts of selfish motives, without the tinge of public service a few older people have, or develop.
