- There are many Katong Laksa stalls in Singapore, with many claiming they are the "original". In our very first episode of Famous Rivals, we went down to uncover which is the OG Katong Laksa.
Famous Rival is mini-series where we explore the backstories of stalls in long time competition and find out how the rivalry started years ago.

yesssss Steph is back!!!!! but if I may be honest here.. 328 katong laska price has increaseddd! $5 for a small bowl? no thanks man.. they used to be a lot more affordable like $3 and just my own opinion ever since they won Gordon ramsey, they just increase the price laa… and there is no laksa at roxy square.. I hang out there most of the time during weekend after service and the only place to eat laska is at katong, roxy square do have a so called food court but they don't have a laksa store, stephanie maybe your friend got it wrong..

I really prefer & love Yellow Cube by 328 kotong laksa so yummy & spicy & fulling the sambal chili is so yummy & spicy till i finish drinking the whole bowl of the laksa gravy it keeps your very fulling till later on . As the other brand store is too far for me to go to .

You guys forget to mention that 328 Laksa is actually much more pricier even though it's 'small' portion is relatively large. Also, 328 cut back a lot on the ingredients compared to back then about 15 years ago. I'd understand increasing the price as time goes by but the ingredients are definitely lacking compared to back then. Taste wise is also more 'diluted' than it was years ago. I would say the Laksa in Roxy Square is better than 328 now.
