5 Oriental at raffles place has hands down the best liu sha I've tried. It's more crispy than a true fluffy bun, and has a generous amount of filling. It's called "salted egg yolk bun" on the menu

Just a comment, eatbook, your subtitle for when xenia was speaking chinese is too damn fast for us non chinese to read. Please think for us also....i want enjoy but need keep pausing and going back to the subtitle part but its such a short scene it's actually hard on the phone just to see that millisecond of subtitle
