The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2022 US Open saw Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Poland's Iga Swiatek claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first US Open title, with Alcaraz claiming his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek claiming her third Grand Slam title. The 2023 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 28 - September 10. Now that Alcaraz has showed how humans could potentially play tennis I don't find the tweener lob winner that much of a trick shot anymore. It just seems to be a "regular" shot in his repertoire
Of course Monfils is in this video. He loves playing trick shots.
