Rashford and Fernandes have been terrible this season. McTominay is not a holding midfielder. Younger, hungrier players constantly left on the bench. I think the line up has a lot to do with it.

The club atmosphere is toxic. Every player that comes in goes into a decline. Fernandes is the best example. First season in, he looked like a breath of fresh air. Absolute monster and now he has accepted the culture of mediocrity that exists at the club and is a shadow of that player.

But once they come in and see the mountain of issues in the club, they have to revise their plans and strategies over and over until the team becomes Moments and Counter Attack FC. This has happened on 4 occasions and we never learn our lesson. Ten Hag has made many mistakes that make me want to pull my hair out. But if we sack him, we'll be back to square one and whatever manager comes in and takes over will have the same requirements for the squad, if not, more so since there will be 4 different managers players to be gotten rid of. Not to mention, the club CAN'T EVEN AFFORD TO SACK ANOTHER MANAGER.

If there is any match and result which should subsequently motivate and incentivise the manager, players, owners and coaching staff to react and start winning games, this should be the result that triggers it. We all need to be angry about this, that includes the fans. This is unacceptable.

The debate is that the manager does have some influence because just look at Spurs that team just has one really major difference which is Maddison there rest are just the usual average players that we can swap and exchange with united players. When I look at spurs and United in terms of player quality there isn’t much a difference. Spurs didn’t even have Harry Kane and are playing better than United it’s all about the managers philosophy and it seems like the players are not motivated enough.
