Just came across this video as we are planning for a trip to Finland with our four year old this December. Is it right to plan this activity with the kid? Suggest other activities too.

Hi,
Finland is definitely a family friendly destination. I actually missed travelling with my family there which is the worst part. Kids will enjoy the below definitely .
1 ) santa clause village ( there are few activities there )
2 ) Reindeer sleigh ride
3 ) husky rides
4 ) watching northern lights ( the organiser will organise a night camp 🏕️ where he your kid definitely enjoy . Few kids joined the camp and made it memorable) it will be too cold and they will provide dress accordingly . So no worries .

5) Try Finland train you will love actually there is a play area for the kids in the train . You can try Helsinki to rovaniemi or vice versa you will love it .
6 ) the accommodation cost will be high during December better to book in advance .
7 ) there are supermarkets easily accessible so don’t worry about food also two Indian restaurants which is good in rovaniemi .
