    I agree. Though I found it a little annoying to see each new layer offering no new colour to the dish to make it stand out. Also isn't it supposed to make the chicken stand out? It's covered in several other elements! An odd dish to make but I'm sure it would taste amazing!

    how can a smoked eggplant puree be white??? Thats just not possible
