  • This one in Sydney was a fantastic counter experience by Chef Federico Zanellato, although I found more inventive combinations and execution in the dishes that WEREN'T explicitly "Italian" - which dishes stood out to you? #TPC

As a huge Yelper, I can never get enough of videos like this. $300 US for that spread is quite fair. Thx for the share.

I have been to Lumi and Brae and your commentary on both the experiences is spot on. Refreshing to see a Cook share their perspective. Cheers!

Wonderful channel, just watched a lot of your michellin videos. Next time you're in NYC once the pandemic is over, I highly recommend Gabriel Kreuther. Fantastic Alsatian place with a large good wine menu and very relaxed service

This placed called hits a little bit different when you can't go and splurge on eating out even if you had the money. Getting it to go just isn't the same experience.
