- This one in Sydney was a fantastic counter experience by Chef Federico Zanellato, although I found more inventive combinations and execution in the dishes that WEREN'T explicitly "Italian" - which dishes stood out to you? #TPC

That puff pastry is gorgeous
i've just started watching your vids and i really appreciate you showing the final bill! i don't usually see the transparency from other fine dining food reviewers and this was quite refreshing. keep up the good work! x
Thanks Alyanna!
As a huge Yelper, I can never get enough of videos like this. $300 US for that spread is quite fair. Thx for the share.
Thanks Erich!
I have been to Lumi and Brae and your commentary on both the experiences is spot on. Refreshing to see a Cook share their perspective. Cheers!
Thanks Rohit!
i never knew this existed near me, I'll have to try go there in the next 10 years
Wonderful channel, just watched a lot of your michellin videos. Next time you're in NYC once the pandemic is over, I highly recommend Gabriel Kreuther. Fantastic Alsatian place with a large good wine menu and very relaxed service
Coming up on 20k subs!! So happy to see you flourish.
Thanks Zach - grateful to have you following along 🙏
Bloody marvellous video mate
Hey thanks 👊
It's $142.06 per person for us American folks.. Looks fire
Great content. Hope you will do more content in the future!
That's the plan!
Second favourite dining experience in aus
where was you're favorite dining experience?
Kind of a flex?!? ....most definitely a flex. 🤘🏻
This placed called hits a little bit different when you can't go and splurge on eating out even if you had the money. Getting it to go just isn't the same experience.
Facts. It's super heartbreaking...
