Good for her! It's hard/nearly impossible to get off that stuff. I'm struggling myself.
so many of these comments are so hateful... One off, why even comment and judge on the validity of her story, or the quality of her character. It's incredible that she has shared her story, be thankful, learn something maybe, I see someone being fairly candid and honest about their struggles, admitting her mistakes.. It's depressing reading all of these stupid comments about someone you essentially know nothing about.

@MyRollingthunder well i appolagise for my comment below! i hope she is doing well because substance abuse is so hard to beat!! as soon as people know your an addict their whole attitude towards you changes, people judge and tar everyone with the same brush! i hope she stays well and sober, good luck to angela and her family! all she can do is take it one day at a time. i have a best friend thats addicted to heroin and its hard, its hard to watch her self destruct, i help as much as i can!!
Well.. it is healthier now, or potentially healthier. You know that in the states it's technically legal? It's marketed as Desoxyn, and it's prescribed to people with severe ADHD. So it's not totally out the realm of possibility that methamphetamines are safer, which does not mean safe.
ye she has her teeth due to dental work! she lives in a shed for gods sakes!! not everyones the same ppl are violent without drug use. at the end of the day shes 38 she lives in a shed cnt even rent a house because of her track record never mind buying a house. her daughters doing it because mummy did it if her daughter has kids theyl most likely end up on it a big long cycle! i have a great aunt like that she did it her 4 kids did it and now thier kids do it not meth heroin! its very sad!

She does look good for 20 years, she probably uses just to "maintain". Twenty years is a bit long, I find it hard to believe she quit. How does meth control her anxiety? It does the opposite for most people but perhaps she had ADHD all her life.

i didnt know that "weed"was so much better for a person.i know that its a natural herb,so in the long run,its got to be better than alcohol.but what is the "weed"smoke doing to the lungs?does the "weed"smoke blacken them like cigarette smoke?thanks for the imformation.
Well, to be fair, she sounds like she didn't have much education to begin with. In the first minute she mentions that she was a teen mother living on the street. Doesn't sound like a high school graduate to me. Note that I'm not *judging*. I think she had a rough life and didn't get a fair chance, right from the start. But yeah, poor early education combined with chemical brain damage (20 years of meth = automatic), leads to faulty reasoning, leads to continued chemical use... vicious cycle.
is it the person who uses certain drugs the brave person because it can be dangerous or are they stupid.
She is not stupid. She can make it, if she wants. It is all a question of will.
might be healthier but the way LSD changes your mind perception for some people is kinda scary and fucked, i disagree saying that mdma is healthier because you think its so healthy that you continue to do it thinking how healthy it really when drugs in general aren't healthy.
And she's making excuses for herself.

@EuroStatus1985 but surely being on prescriptions drugs for anxiety is better than being on meth? atleast you know what u are taking. doctors arent supposed to prescribe anxiety tablets for a long period of time my partner has been prescribed vallium for the last three years hes on 35mlg a day, doctors are only supposed to prescribe them for no longer than 2 weeks, were from the uk, he takes them along with serequil for his bi-polar manic depression and anxiety. hes been stable for 3yrs now.
I'm still doing great in fact....now I'm upto 2 years 6 months. I might post a video similiar to this one.

i tryed weed one time when i was 16,yuck! i hated the feeling.after i smoked that joint and was high on it,i got a little pissed at myself,i was wishing i had a belly full of beer! im 55 now,i drink a little,but that will soon stop.anyway,have a great day.
