- As lock noob has just posted a video of him making a tool and picking one of these locks I thought I'd do a video of using a dedicated tool for the same lock. I was in a bit of a rush in filming it I don't get much quiet time when my daughter is about lol

That pick is just a new version of the original pick by Jim Reykopf made some 30 years ago. No pin in the lock.
That’s a fantastic tool! The other one I saw was just a 2:1, so this is much better :-)
It is a good tool once you get to learn the feel and sounds of the lock it doesn't take to long to open 👍 your video reminded me I had one to do on this lock lol

That’s pretty cool! Couldn’t help but notice some wheels turn while you move the others tho? Is that a problem?
No I didn't find any problems there is a bit of movement between the pick and the discs in the lock so you get some movement but once you have found all the approx locations of the gates you can then hold each wheel in place to find tune if needed
