Brock Purdy is the best quarterback in the league. Number two in scoring, number one in passer rating, number one in yards in the the air over ten yards, number one in touchdown to interceptions difference. He gets no respect because he makes it look so easy because he’s so good.
Also highest percentage completions in a tight throwing window, so the "His receivers are wide open" narrative is bunk.
Eh, let's say he's playing the best in the league. He's not yet reached his potential. He could be the next Tom Brady. But we're a couple years away from knowing for sure. For now, he's played the best so far.
