So this is my argument for Brady as the GOAT. People arguing for Marino and Peyton simply overlook the clutch factor. Look, it's only human for most of us to do worse under pressure. Only a very, very few perform better in the biggest moments. If you only look at physical talent it's easy to lump QBs like Marino and Peyton in the same class as Brady and Montana. On just talent Marino and Peyton might even be better. But the ability to step up in the biggest moments is the most important asset for a NFL QB.

I always notice that everyone talks about why Dak and the Cowboys failed and forget to realize the 49ers just flat out succeeded and Brock and team just outplayed and outperformed them. Brock is consistent and seems to have, from day one, an ability to make super fast reads. He will just keep getting better and better.

I like how Purdy has learned to adjust his throw because of his height, he realized he may have to hop a little bit to get it over the taller defenders.
This win was because kyle shannon has found his quarterback. As a 49er fan, i can see kyle has finally opened up his offensive playbook. When jimmy G & others were running the offense 3rd & 13 was a draw play or screen to the rb , with Purdy he has actually been going for it. If Purdy coninues to perform well, kyle will open up more .

Yup I agree man. I watched the whole game and the offense had no creativity. Dak didn't play good but the play calling did him no favors. No motion, no play action, no run game. That and McCarthy is adamant that what he ran in Green Bay scheme wise will work in today's league. Slants, flats, curls all game is not a recipe for success. Get people moving on things like digs with a clear-out, crossers, aka SCHEME YOUR PLAYERS OPEN!!! So much predictability from their offense and it's frustrating to watch as a fan. I don't think they ran the ball under center more than 5 times or so, and they only ran ONE play action play out of an under center look. It's like the 49ers didn't even have to try. McCarthy either has to go or adapt to the new era of what an offense looks like. If McCarthy is gone after this season, look for someone like Ben Johnson from Detroit to come in and bring some of that creativity along with a Dan Campbell style culture.

Bad game by dak obviously but the running game or lack thereof ended the game before he threw a single pick. Also that run call on 3rd down and then choose to kick a field goal ruined any momentum they had going. So even though stats say otherwise this loss in my subjective opinion is on the running game and play calling.

100% agreed. That coaching staff did not have them guys prepared. Their scheme looked flat on both sides of the ball. For the 9ers receivers to be as open as they were let's you know that the coaches did not have the right defense in place all week in practice to have those guys in the right positions to make plays
