    Thanks for covering this but I think single video covering all Amrapali projects won’t give much detailed insights. Fee projects like Verona Heights deserves a separate video with detailed insights about construction quality and price. Thanks for yours always crisp and quality videos.

    Information in video is good , but price 7000-7500 is much more for nbcc , bcuse construction quality not good and open space very less, price should be below 7000

      With new projects and Mivan construction we expect that the construction quality of the projects will be better this time. And there will be plenty of open space in all these projects as the site plan suggests.

    Always buy ready to move from NBCC. They tame more than double time to deliver the project without basic ammunities. Check the status for Amrapali project.

    Flat we will get at less price then market.. but we have to use same amenities or they are going to make new or separate for new flats.. if rate is 7000 then the amenities should be considered before buying these flats.. water shortages and power issue is one of the problem in Nbcc societies in tech zone 4.

      They will likely include new entry and exit points along with entirely new and separate amenities for their upcoming projects; otherwise, they won't be able to achieve even 7000 Rs per square foot.

      As my understanding till now since I have flat in 2 societies.. if they built amenities then they will have to reduce no of towers specially in leasure park. And AAY . So I doubt they will devlope new amenities.. please make a vedio on this also once you have info .. if they are just selling flats then it’s not worth.

      Avoid Mahagun Group projects, as they are progressing at a very slow pace with no significant advancements expected anytime soon.

    If they implement Mivan or Precast then their price of 7500 can be justified, as due to their high dense projects price has to be bit competetive

    The pricing for these residential projects seems surprisingly high for NBCC. Setting it at around 5000 per square foot would be more reasonable and beneficial for both buyers and NBCC.
    NBCC's flats are not luxurious, yet they're being priced at a premium. They are just offering basic and necessary solutions, so project should be at affordable rates instead.
    NOT expected from NBCC, construction quality of there projects is also very poor..!!!

      Towers where amrapali done some percentage of work and NBCC taken it further ,yes there are quality issues but towers where majority work done by nbcc is far better than amarpali construction

    These units will flop if priced a single rupee higher than 6000/- per sqft.
    Considering 3-5 years of finish time, gov delays, high density, bad finish, less recreational space, 0 modern amenities, lack of parking space, power backup and water supply issues, lack of recreational and green areas, bad quality fitments in bath/kitchen areas.

      Only USP Nbcc has is its competitive price, so if prices are too high people will not be interested. Just go look at the quality of existing finished units in these projects and the delays existing owners faced.

      Crystal homes is sector 76 has several towers with Mivan construction.

      Yes, Verona Heights also has few towers constructed using Mivan and pre-cast technology.

      Please don't deal with those brokers because NBCC is not allowing transfer in Crystal homes yet. This means that your transaction will be very very risky.

      Seriously? 10k? 😂😂
      I spent good one month behind this crystal homes 3bhk. 1400s something sq feet.
      I was getting @8200.
      Quit the plan as dealer said register wouldn't happen till July plus flat was at 16th floor.
      Not interest in buying anything above 10.
      PS. This 8200 was in april start. Don't know current status.

    Poor quality construction, also the lifts used in centurian park are not running properly. Nbcc is not listening to buyers and not taking actions against contractor.
