What is your favorite addition in FEH this past month?
Sharenica and Embla are definitely fun and even more so the stars and go-to picks of the bridal banner for sure, but it is the Bridal Lapis that gets my vote for sure.
I was never into WoM shenanigans due not being a fan of the HP condition and needing the skill slot for it. Enter Bridal Lapis. The Share Spoils she has is absolutely whatever since like 90% of the time it doesn't matter or affect much of anything, but she opened the doors to WoM gameplay for me due the generous range of her post combat WoM effect for her allies.
And due that reason she is one of those units that can go into lot of teams really easily and give so much to her allies, even if, again, the Share Spoils is pretty much a no-factor on her kit.
Yeah she gets stopped hard by Myrh and other warp deniers, but I just cannot overestimate enough how much fun I've had with her on so many of my teams.
And for that reason she gets my vote, easy.

Lord Nergal, of course! And I'm biased, but Lapis and Alcryst showing up on the bridal banner gives me life, they are my Engage OTP and I will die for them

I think the coolest thing they could do with Alfonse is mimic how they had brave Gullveig as Seiðr turning into Gullveig. They could have brave Alfonse's transition into Líf
That would be super interesting and I'd be curious to see how they would pull that off!
Alfonse will be a very interesting brave unit because he could take many inspirations. He could take inspiration from Bruno, Sharena, Askr, Lif, Gustav, Veronica or he just get an original design and become King of Askr. If going by the way the story is heading Henriette may die soon so Alfonse could take up mantle of king and get an entirely new design. Robin may get the grandmaster outfit, Felix and Bernadetta may get either their timeskip or hopes design but Alfonse has more options and he's my most anticipated brave hero
I blame Joel at this point, everyone's luck, including mine, was blessed on day 1 bridal
Hopefully Joel will be rewarded for this for his summons!
The potential of duo Sharena is insane. She will be the most time proof unit of this year.

The legendary hero is 100% gonna be from Tellius since they forced Ike's rerun so soon, the safe choice is Soren, but there's a ton possible choices.
Regardless pretty good podcast as always, I commend DTM for holding his ground and not succumbing to the whale fomo by calling every new unit broken or must summon, thanks and have a nice day!

Using Sharena is galeforce is sooo fun. The extra actions are nutty and it's so easy to trap the enemy's ranged unit to safely secure the pots.
Yeah IS has definitely been blessing Galeforce as of late!

33:37 i used nergal for a infantry mage line with spring chloe for last week's defense. I think most opponents were caught off guard 😅
Of course it would be broken if Lapis splashed can you imagine hitting one enemy in AR and then your whole team can warp in from 5 spaces and sweep even without using galeforce or any extra actions.
I think it would be really cool and fun though. It would just unlock so many creative galeforce teams and allows units like ranged and what not to be able to do so. I think it would be really creative!
Oh it would absolutely be fun as heck.
But definitely broken.
Brave Bernie will come with Hunter’s Volley and that will be a straight upgrade to Deadeye.
Something along the lines of:
•null guard
•Pre combat cooldown
•Brave effect at all times with
null follow up
•null %DR on special trigger😂
Lord knows archers need it
Oh and while they are at it give us an Arcane version of Echos killer now too.

Excellent podcast, as usual! I'm hoping the legendary is Minerva. She fits with green and I could see her as a fire legendary. I'm excited to see who it is and hope it makes the banner even more stacked!
As a forever omnitank player in AR, blessable Lumera and Veyle have been welcome additions to my toolbox, but that wasn't surprising to me as they were already part of my respective mythic cores and I know full well how good they are. What surprised me is Loki. Not because I think she's amazing, in fact I talked about this with Joel on his first reaction video about how underwhelmed I was with her, how I felt she wasn't unique enough for AR (amazing Chaos unit though) and how her lack of access to Guidance would hinder her "slottability" in a defense meta defined by traps and unpredictability, but I happened to get her by chance before her banner ended and I found a place for her in my Rally trap, powering a Return trap with R! Sonya opposite to my rally trap, so now I'm essentially Mila proof even without Midori/Freyr. So far it's working great, as I went undefeated that week and an adapted version of that defense is still undefeated so far this week. Gotta get rid of the weapon, though...
C'mon Joel when is the 1 hour Sharena guide vid is coming?

13:00 Duo Sharena is actually an amazing teammate for AoE Brave Gullveig, at least in this Chaos season. As Oblivion and FEHology pointed out, Sharena can Repo Gullveig into position so that she can initiate, and you get a lot of actions out of combats out of it. Gullveig becomes a WoM3 beacon after her second combat just with double Fury 3, which enables follows ups from stuff like Bride Embla (the cooldown support I run in my team) and Duo Lyon (for even more action economy). Sharena herself has stupid good combat to actually contribute after she gets refreshed. With Flared Sparrow and Assassin's Strike she can one-shot Emblem Ike (in Chaos), as well as other bulky frontliners. Also, if the enemy has a low-threat range team without Canto Control, it's free real estate to break structures and set out before going to town. Even if there's Canto Control, Sharena can still do her repo support initiation by simply doing it from a tile that is out of range, and the Canto into range.
Imagine the Legendary being Takumi or Leo xD .
If they give all the siblings L! Alts before M!Corrin I will cry

I'm with DTM on Sharena. She's good, and probably is the best follow up galeforce unit, but she's not loads better than other options (and with the fodder I gave my other units already, the gap is even smaller). And as Oblivion said, it can be hard to fit extra units into teams as I don't have any mythic dancers merged up.
Embla is great though, and will mostly replace Velouria. Although in light season its nice to have the infantry pulse support, and my Velouria already has wom4, which is super helpful for warping over obstacles.
