It can be a real hard challenge to overcome.... this is serious. I suffered from being healthy for about 5 years.. luckily I seeked help, I now eat about 12 donuts a day and haven’t stood up from the couch since. Thank you for raising awareness 👏🏻😂😂😂

I'm so sorry. My cousin had the same problem a while back -- we got him to eat some carrot cake, and from there we were able to get him to have cookies, jumbo donuts, and finally pure high fructose corn syrup. He's so much better now. You can get some extra tips from the book he wrote called "5694 lbs at last".

I was exposed to a "5k" when i was just 11 i got a t shirt a medal and help me im addicted to running ;( every day i bottle up my urge to run, but my 100 dollar running shoes taunt and torment me "hey buddy, it will just be a morning jog" ;(
for real i stopped long distance running and it feels like if i bottle it up for one more second i will sprint as fast as QuickSilver from X-men and run around the earth 20 times within .0002 secons
