Shawn I love your show, however, this episode is completely opposite what you have been preaching most of the time. How come a vibration platform is better than walking?

Another misleading title
While I totally enjoyed the interview, it really had almost no real focus at all on weight loss.
He has no muscle at all, then, how is this method effective for building muscle?

Yeah this guy doesn’t exactly look equivalent to gymgoers even though he claims he can get the same results.
Maybe it’s not his goal to be muscled up.

This is the second interview where Asprey talks about opening his lab in Santa Monica under “Arnold Schwarzenegger’s office”!! What’s the point of constantly mentioning Arnold? I wouldn’t have expected Asprey needed to name-drop to inflate his own standing. Disappointing.
