Any new info on this. I just got a PS4 Pro to replace my original PS4 from years ago. It won't let me log into my US account, so I can't transfer my data from the old system. When I try to create a new account, just to see what it will do, it goes to full chinese, even though my settings are all English. It also has the countries locked to just China.
Log into your psn using another ps4 that is US region, then make a backup, after that you can restore the backup to your china region ps4, it should then work when you will try to log in. It worked for me

Already try the backup and restore method..it work for the account you backup and restore but still you cant sign in with another account after that..and if you need to log in another account, you have to do the backup and restore method with that account again.
