Arcyne because some people don't want trailers or early access videos. Therefore it's a spoiler.
That doesn't make it a spoiler just because people don't pay attention. It's not even trailers, they're both in the game's logo along with every other party member you get. Hell there's a picture of Zeke being in your party on the damn box art.
Still people go out of their way to ensure that they know as little of games as possible to keep that surprise. Whenever the game started I had no clue Morag was going to be a party member, thank God no one put it in the thumbnail of some random video because it was a pleasant surprise. I did know Zeke was going too because of the Treehouse... It's still annoying because there are people that 100% WILL get this game in thumbnails.

what about replacing the eyepatch with a gauntlet boosting special charging with each art cancel you do? Since you can spam your arts non-stop you generate specials even faster that way, right?
Hey, was wondering, with the bew game plus out, what are the ten strongest blades in the game, starting by the strongest. Also, I saw a video where Mythra has damage outpout of 200k+ Damage with a rolling smash on ophion, how is that possible? I cant get past 110k to 150k max damage even with foods and three accessories in the new game plus.
One thing i disagree with: Arts heal IS broken on mythra because you can spam arts every two seconds on recharge and keep healing yourself for like 300 every time.
For what reason would you use that over critheal on her, though?
What's your opinion of the equipment that increases critical damage by "x" %? Not as damage boosting as the Hi-Tech Eyepatch I assume.
That item is very good as well actually. I forgot to mention it though. I think eye patch is still more but it's something I haven't extensively tested
I run overclocking bangle in the second slot, it allows me to switch for blade/driver combos easier. If I had one more slot for accessories I would use world tree drop.

Same. With Roc and Perrun I have access to so many quick finishers that start from light or fire from that I can finish needing only 1 other driver (usually nia since she is auto pick for heals) With Ice light fire and wind on Rex You can get all of those orbs finishing alone with 2 paths needing a water blade combo in between to get the blade finisher. I feel like this makes the OC bangle the strongest second choice. Adding a third character that covers more combos makes it so you can easily obtain 4-5 orbs in like a minute or so and I just spazz with Pyra+Mythra to damage all of the orbs and give great damage in the chain attack for a coup de grace.

Whitninja 2169 I think boreas is one of the best healers in the game, his lvl 3 special can fully heal your entire team

Out of curiosity, do you have any insight onto an optimized Blade Nia setup? She is my favorite blade, so I would love to fully optimize her, if possible. If you do not have any ideas, I understand. I just figured I would ask since you seem to be extremely knowledgeable on this game. Also, I really love the videos, of yours, that i have seen so far. Keep up the good work! :-D
Yew Geneolgia The way I use Nia is for damage healing. Get anything that has you heal for auto-attacking. Then put some revival gear on Rex so thag if an ally goes down they coke back stronger. Keep aggro off Rex. The reason you want the healing equips is because if your party goes down you need Rex to stay alive. That's just how I do it and I assume there are more optimal methods but why not give it a shot.
Here is the setup: use her as a driver instead. She is the best healer in the game.
doombybbr so true, but Nia as a blade makes rex nigh immortal. Wish ng + was in the base game. Plan to solo run with just pyra, mythra, roc, then finally Nia when it does come
Yeah, Blade Nia is really amazing at keeping Rex alive. Especially since she has her own damage heal on top of having the aux core that has the same effect. Plus she heals per auto attack, which I also combo with having an extra chance to auto attack and extra healing per auto attack accessories. And, she heals the entire party, gradually, at max affinity. Not to mention, redemption is phenomenal. The only times I ever die are to OHKO moves. I also wish NG+ was in the base game. I really want to(and hope this will be a feature when it eventually comes) be able to use blade Nia throughout the game. Thankfully, there is enough post game that has kept me busy in the mean time, but I really want to replay the game with all of my stuff carried over.
Good luck with your solo run, though! It sounds tough, but I bet it will be fun.
Considering Rex has access to the BS that is a crit Mythra build and thus you get massive regen anyways, to the point that it outpaces blade Nia. Blade nia also doesn't have a break, topple, smash or launch.
Using Blade Nia also means you need to replace her party slot, probably with a tank or healer, making Morag the choice and we all know Bridgid is flame element, making it awkward for blade combos.
What I think sets blade Nia apart is not her healing, as it is on par with driver nia and morags healing, the party heal passive takes a while to heal a decent amount even when maxed, the heal on auto attack and on damage also do not give as much as crit mythra. And salvation is just a party heal, albeit Rexs only party heal.
What sets her apart is her +15% hp mad, her high block rate, her absorb damage blade art on top of her healing abilities. Blade Nia isn't a healer, she is a tank.

Affinity Max Atk V drops from behemoth enemies in temporentia. (level 90+ mammoths)
Are you positive MAX Atk V drops from them and not MAX Acc V? I've got a dozen or so Acc but not a single Atk.

For what it's worth I found a source for them, Beast-Hunter William at Olethro Playhouse. Requires 3 quests to unlock him starting with We Meet Again from Jac in Mor-Ardain.
So since Chapter 4 my rex has been running around with 750 strength because i had plus 50 strength chips on my Pyra, Mythra, Roc and Wulfric + bonus 25% strength + 25 raw strength. is there any point to high strength values? i see people prioritising over items over ceramic belt and other strength boosting items.
Quaid Kuato it raises damage, but other items provide better effects, since the boost from stats is actually really small
Have you tried the Sword Attachment? 29% attack power for Aegis. Aren't those accessories supposed to be the best damage-up for a single weapon type?
Also would be cool if you went into what AUX cores you put onto Pyra. Edit; Also what about pouch items?

where do i find the hi-tech eye patch?
Should always use Pneuma in the overkill chain attack, and always use a rank 2 special, and use Rex's double spinning edge as filler because both hits can proc a refund. Even without a good chip farming with Mythra is insane because of that healing and you can almost non-stop spam your filler into rank 2s, so unless you get toppled or 1-shot you're invulnerable. At 90 I did that easy 104 superboss without sealing with dark, you stack 2 orbs, then Pneuma right as they come out, drop her rank 3 special into a chain attack and the AoE kills all the minions and get an easy 400% overkill on the boss.

What are the most used blades with Rex to use along side mythra for this build of yours?
For me it is Roc and Pandoria.
I don't usually switch to the other blades much, usually whatever gives Rex good stat modifiers

So I'm still early in the game and looking through builds and this seems to be the easiest route to take down some UM. Can I beat Tyranno Kurodil with this?
Hey! This guide is a bit outdated but it should still work just fine to beat him.
Now stack bloody orb increase acessories pouch and add overclocking bangle ang world tree drop. Make a teamate level 1 and 3 level 5 hunters chemistry one on pyra not mythra. Mythra put crit up till 50 percent and put arts heal and now you are god

One question though, do you keep using Mythra/Pyra's ascended form even with this build? I'm curious since I really like that form too.
S+ Mythra with this core chip has more damage on everything believe it or not. Pneuma seems to have a flat power that never increases so she can eventually be surpassed. That being said, Pneuma is still useful for the instant heal, defense buff, immunity to status, and her brokenness in chain attacks.
It's just that I was hoping I could still use Pneuma despite having a broken Mythra, since I really like her a lot. Thanks for the answer.

Does auto attack on weapon chips affect ur overall damage or just ur auto atk dmg?
As far as I'm aware, driver art damage and blade special damage scale off of auto-attack damage as well.

Assuming you have her at S+ rank trust, I think you're using the wrong core chip on her. There's a chip you get several copies of through chapter 8-10, first in Morytha chests, called the *Mirror* Matter Chip, which gives her 987 attack at S+ Rank IIRC. The one used here is the Moon Matter Chip, which drops from the Tantal superboss Cloud Sea King Ken.

Bryan Nava get her to S+ trust. You get A by unlocking the key affinity levels, S for unlocking all nodes, and then S1-S9 and then S+ by simply raising trust.

You're speaking of a chip, Massive Melee Mythra,that was released for the 1 year anniversary of the game. This video was released the same month the game came out. SMH
