Not really a massive fan of french cars but to be honest this little clio actually looks pretty promising (well on paper of course).
I'm doing on that car actually front bumpers and irl looks dope
Had a 2017 Renault 1.6 DCi Megane for a short while. Was a decent car. Really beatiful on the outside, but the inside is a bit bland. Drives very smoothly over bumps and is comfortable, but the engine was really laggy at lower RPM, noisy and shaky. The shifter was weird and clutch wasn't that nice to use, compared to others thay I have driven.
I really hope that this Clio is a bit snappier and smoother. Because the looks inside and out are really nice here.

No the Clio used too, Renault went downhill when they did the Megane with the big bum like boot at the back. It's too big, bold, chunky and aggressive looking and bulky don't like these huge lights and grills on a lot of modern cars, the polo and Ibiza are much better looking than this however good it is I could not drive such an ugly looking car in my view.
So much nicer than Polo or Fiesta. Only new 208 could be decent competitor.

I am not sure, but you said Clio will be available as a PHEV. It will be available just as a hybrid (not plug-in). Megane and Captur will be Plug-in though.

The Yaris, however, is not a PLUG-IN. It's a petrol with an electric motor replacing the turbocharger's functionality.. No clue why you're comparing those completely different systems.

Renault I could say first time copied exterior design from previous generation because it is very nice and successful and some people are angry..? Vw, Audi and most car breads did't change design much through 4 generations.. and nobody complains.. interesting!?

It changes but in subtle ways. I'm not complaining cause it looks good. An Audi that changed it's signature design to much wouldn't look as nice. And infact I think some new Audi models are reaching that point.

Looks amazing for a practical small city car. Very neat evolution of the current car on the outside, but a leap forward inside. VW Polo looks so frumpy in comparison.
It too big and blucky don't like these huge lights and grills on a lot of modern cars, the polo and ibiza are much better than this however good it is I could not drive such an ugly looking car in my view.
If it'll be a plug in hybrid, i think its a hot candidate for me buying it

Never had that much love for Renault cars since the 5, but I rode in a friend's rental Clio in Valencia orange this year and it was so good I made a CZcams video about it. A lot more character than the competition.
Looks pretty wild, in a good sense. The interior is a huge step up. I just hope the price hike doesn't hurt it.

Pawel X holy shit looks very Golf and possibly A3 but with a bit more style, I don’t think it will possibly look like a tin can next to it because there are 2 very different cars.
My current car is a MK7 Golf R estate in Oryx White with the 19” black Pretoria alloys I absolutely adore it and as you can tell I am sticking up for it.
But after looking at it a bit closer she does have a rather nice bum I didn’t realise that it has LED tail lights as well.
I don’t think it’s gonna give me the performance levels as my R estate but I would be interested to see what the new RS would be like or the new Megane RS.

Max max I know I had a coolant issue on my car not that long ago which shouldn’t have happened on a car like that, VAG for you, test drove a new Peugeot 508 the other week and I loved it, it surprised me how nice it was

The exterior isn't that much different from the previous one, *but* I don't think that's a bad thing. It's been modernized tastefully and the previous one was the trendsetter for Renault's current design language and the old one hasn't aged much at all.
The head rest seats remind me of Volvo XC90.

The new Polo and Fiesta have been amazing already and this looks even more promising!😍 super excited for the next gen Mazda 2 Opel Corsa and Hyundai i10 (yea I know i10 is one size smaller but I have already seen the prototype and it looks amazing!)

Love the New Clio, and probably am gonna exchange for the 3rd Gen using now. Have done 222 000km and it's still alright. ❤️

I would take the Clio and Ibiza over the other two choices. I’ve always had a soft spot for Renault superminis. This generation looks good
THIS is a handsome hatchback.
I have one of these as a rental car. Nice little car, looks very pretty (especially in metallic red/orange), drives quite nicely, reasonable interior. Overall I’m warming to it. Makes a nice little family car and runabout, with the potential to go further afield.

I'm driving a 2015 Renault Clio in cherry red I'm obsessed with it. Best looking small car on the market the spec you get for the money is unbelievable. So economical as well. Best car I've ever owned.

Looks very promising - I hope it drives well and that interior appears very sorted for this segment with, clear command clusters and sculpting that echoes the exterior, very nice seats as well - chunky, funky, simple - and what other small segment cars have adjustable LED Trim currently?.

They didn’t want to change much the exterior design because Clio 4 design was a huge success
I don't think that's so much of a bad thing, the previous one was the trend setter for Renault's current styling and they've updated the exterior to match, the previous one doesn't even look that outdated even now.
Anything from the vw group is really boring looking.... I wouldn't buy one but the clio has more about it
VW make a very bad cars now.. beautiful outdoor, very ugly inside. All vw, audi, Seat cockpit is built with a veryyy cheap and bad hard plastic like a toy car😂😂😂

Renault should've gone for the deeper into the center taillights that they've been putting in the other models, I think it is one of the most distinct features from the brand nowadays.
But the car is decent for the price all around, as Clio's usually are.

Those buttons on the central console under the screen are awesome (seen on /stolen from / Citroen). Fiesta has boring shapes and lines...

Most of the dials, knobs, butons, are already in use on the Dacia Duster, check also the steering wheel. I am not sure if on Duster they are a first but I doubt it so not so new.
This doesn't mean they are bad.
This special valencia orange color is the taxi color here in Morocco! So they may wanna reconsider that.
