This was the perfect video to pop up because I’ve been meaning to get the final weapon for my tavern brawler berserker thief who exclusively deals throwing damage, and was worried about the cheese thing (I know you can also distract akabi if you’re a bard, but I have none in my party). The retuning pike can only do so much damage.
yeah nyrulna is an insane throwing weapon - tavern brawler fighter barbarian multiclass can do some insane damage - the thunder AOE even triggers on a missed throw, or even a critical miss, so you're always guaranteed damage which is really nice

There’s also a dwarven thrower that can be found at ferg drogher in rivington it does bonus damage to larger enemies and returns once thrown

i cant believe how much money i wasted thinking i had a legit chance! I'm glad i stumbled across this video just in time for my second playthrough.
