You know what? Idk if this has been done yet but how about The "Real mindflayer parasite" challenge. You have to beat the game within 7 long rests or instantly lose.
Well, there's someone who did a "no long rests" challenge so that should fulfill the criterion
i believe there's a couple of forced long rests but you can complete the game in 3 days game time if you rush
Just wanna say, you are an incredibly entertaining creator and regardless of whether its BG3 or any other track you decide on I can't wait for whatever you make.

So if your playing a paladin is their immunity to the diseases themselves or just the effects of them? if its just the effects plague paladin sounds like a fun gimmick
It's the diseases themselves! Though you can still add them to your character as a paladin, In the instance of this mod

He’s probably using either a mod or just playing on Dishonor mode
When you said "Eldritch" I think you meant Illithid
I made sure to say eldritch when I could for the Darkest Dungeon Crossover :)

You can either play in "dishonor mode" or get a mod that allows you to keep other saves I'm honour mode

I made a mod to give them all to be, some are getting from some enemies while most are from the spell "Contagion"
