We went on a mission to find the perfect pair of slippers in Bangladesh!
Tired of walking in his shoes, Michael realized that a new pair of slippers is welcomed to the family.
This is how the Slippers Hunt in Dhaka begins: start with a simple task, add a 10 UK/43EU size long foot, sprinkle Bangla words and add failed tactics of negotiation and there they stand. As cute as in the picture.

I just got back from 2 weeks in Bangladesh and really got some good tips from your videos - the ones on the ship wreckers in Dhaka, Ahsan Manzil, and Sreemangal were particularly helpful. Bangladesh was my 81st country and I have to say that I have never been to a country where the people were as helpful, friendly, and honest as they were in Bangladesh. Everyone seemed to be looking out for my welfare and someone was always around to help or translate for me. There are lots of Bangladeshis that live in my part of England and I'll tell you something: the next time I meet a Bangladeshi here, I'm going to tell him how incredible Bangladeshis truly are and how wonderful his country is. Huge respect and love to Bangladesh and all its wonderful people.
please keep coming back to this beautiful land. We are hosting millions of refugees, being financially poor. But this nation's heart is sky big.

Awww bless the lady in the market outside the sandals shop, she was so sweet to Gigi, she said “onek shundor lageh” to Gigi… which translates she looks very beautiful which Gigi understood correctly wow I’m amazed she understood a bit of Bengali 😊 I have noticed in the comments section many people have said the same about Gigi because of her beautiful smile and warm personality the way she treats people without making any judgement, Mike is also the same such a lively and cool lad, both are really down to earth with amazing personalities and their vlogs are so fun to watch. Wow slippers galore! Personally I love the popular Bata sandals, you can’t go wrong with the famous Bata sandals. Yeah our people are so curious when they see foreign people but I always tell them that foreign tourists are humans like us and no need to stare at them like a child staring at a free bar of chocolate and also in our religion it’s not acceptable to state at women because it is about modesty and respect to women.
I say to them instead be there to support or help them when they need our support or help.
We love your vlogs guys because we appreciate you both making the effort to travel to our country and for showing love. By the way there are more shops that do various of sizes I think the shop you went to just didn’t have too many variety of sizes. it's because we have a really low number of turists. It will ease down when we will have more tourists like India(hopefully). Let me share you my story. When I used to visit my mother side grandparents village in the early 2000's the people in the village used to look in awe toward us as we drive through with sedan as there were hardly any cars going to the village. Now it's completely normal. No one even looks even if you drive with a fancy sports car.

So the drink you have is a mixture of chia seeds, basil seeds, Psyllium husk, talmakhana and juggery. Which is good for the tummy and mainly for gastric problems.
Sometimes they use aloe vera if it tastes bitter.
