Removable vacuum is a nice feature.
Would there be lots of tearout if it was regular wood?

Defiantly comes in handy, and yeh with these bits being an upcut it would tear out no matter what timber it’s actually worse on plywood or pine,
Down cuts are the go to get that nice clean finish, thanks for watching 👍🏽

I'm trying to get this GCODE project I created to load up on Candle. I can't seem to get it to work on my 3018 Prover V2. I create the GCODE, load it up on Camotics and it plays out fine. But when I load it on Candle the spindle spins and I get an error message. Any advice on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, I’m not to sure as I don’t use candle or camotics sorry but sounds like it could be ground noise from the spindle is everything grounded properly? a few year back I had a similar problem and it turned out that my trimmer/router that was installed on my cnc machine was causing the problem it would run the job fine while router wasn’t on but as soon as I’m turned router on it would stop amd give me a warning I switched them out and it fixed the problem,
give yourself enough hight clearance and run the job without turning on your spindle see if it runs the job then.

Hi Wendy, no problem, there a 3.175mm bit I use 2 types 2 flute straight cut and also a spiral down cut I find the spiral down cut good for cutting things out and the 2 flute is good for pocket routing as in clearing out material i purchase mine from eBay I just buy the cheaper ones you use more but get more for the money 😊 hope this helps cheers, Matt
