The best way to defrost meat very fast

    So check this out. If your meat is frozen and you need to prepare a quick dinner,
    today I'm going to show you a hack to thaw your meat in just five minutes.
    So here, first let's take our meat and remove it from the packaging.
    Take a look. This meat is completely frozen. The traditional way I would have to wait at least
    one hour to prepare this meat. But not anymore. This meat thawing technique is passed down from
    generation to generation and I'm going to make it in just five minutes. And best of all, using only
    two ingredients for this. After removing the meat from the packaging, let's set it aside.
    Now we're going to need a large container. And here we're going to add eight and a half cups of
    water. Just tap water at room temperature and it doesn't even need to be hot or warm.
    Okay, once that's done, now we're going to go ahead and add white vinegar. This is the main
    ingredient here responsible for making the magic happen. And there's no exact amount.
    It depends on the amount of meat. Just go ahead and add a good amount of white vinegar.
    Next we're going to use salt, just regular salt, the one you usually use for cooking.
    For this amount, I'm going to add a full tablespoon of salt and then mix it very well.
    Once that's done, take the meat and place it in another container and then put in the mixture
    we prepared. In order to prevent the meat from floating, I'm going to use a counterweight.
    Here I'm just going to use a brick. But you can use any heavy object you got at home.
    The important thing here is that it's heavy enough so the meat won't float. Now take a look.
    It's exactly 1422 now. I'm going to wait five minutes and then show you guys the result.
    So after waiting five minutes, now let's remove the meat and see how it is.
    And folks, check how wonderful the meat is completely thawed.
    And this happens because the ingredients we used, especially the vinegar,
    help increase the temperature of the meat. That's why this process is so simple and fast.

    Salt and vinegar function as defrosting agents because they lower the freezing point of the liquids they are dispersed in; They can't do much of anything through a plastic bag.
    In practice it's most efficient to simply keep plain water constantly moving around the bag, and you can do that with no more than a drizzling tap.
