Dunno why people giving out about it's looks. Food aint about looking good, it's about being delicious, garunteed this stuff tastes like absolute heaven 🤙 Twice as good when you drunk or stoned 😂
It's not how it looks. It's full of liquid at the bottom, so everything on the bottom is going to boil/steam no carmalized flavor, the top looked dry, and mayonnaise is going to separate under extreme heat which would be okay in thin layers as it would act like a fat or oil but clumping it like that with the cheese is going to leave you with hot clumps of mayonnaise. How to fix cook the vegetables separate to remove moisture, sear the meat with sauce separate, then coat the meat in mayonnaise applying the cheese, assemble ingredients in a casserole pan cook until cheese is brown, it might not be that bad then. In other words, looks do matter they show signs of bad cooking techniques.

Tried, it didn't work
Salt and vinegar function as defrosting agents because they lower the freezing point of the liquids they are dispersed in; They can't do much of anything through a plastic bag. In practice it's most efficient to simply keep plain water constantly moving around the bag, and you can do that with no more than a drizzling tap.
