What is the Step Forward programme?

We are so excited to have welcomed 70 social workers, from both in and outside of statutory social work, to Sheffield for the launch of our Step Forward programme.
Step Forward is a 12 month programme designed to support and develop social workers in the early stages of their career, providing tailored support to develop and help them in their leadership journey.
