  • Social Work Coffee Breaks are an opportunity for social workers to explore new ideas, learn practical skills, and connect with social workers from across the country.
Frontline Fellow David joins us for this coffee break focused on language in social work practice. He researched the way language is used by social workers and the families we work with to create meaning. He investigated how language can close down conversations and exclude people, and how it can be a tool to create new meaning and help families change.
