Collaboration in case notes: co-constructing records with young people
Social Work Coffee Breaks are an opportunity for social workers to explore new ideas, learn practical skills, and connect with social workers from across the country.
This session focuses on the why and the how of case recording. Ashley considers the various purposes of case recordings, and how case records function as stories or narratives told about young people. She then explores how social workers can work in collaboration with young people, by giving them an opportunity to author their own stories via records.
