The hinges of a door are accessible on the inward-swinging side of the door. So given the fact that the cat pushed an object over inside the room and that this fallen object blocks the door from opening, we should deduce that the hinges are on the side where the cat was, i.e. the hinges are not accessible from the corridor.
Haha come on mate, it's a closet door, you don't need to have the hinges accessible, all you need to do is put a pry bar, or a larger screwdriver under the door and lever them up, they'll slide right off of the hinges, whichever side they are on, it's not a security door with some safety system to prevent just lifting them. Max is a genius driver, a handyman, not so much...but this makes him even more likeable, the fact that his first instinct was to smash the door :D.
@@axel995r Bro its probably not an American door, meaning it actually could be placed in pretty solid. In the closed postition I dont see a way for you to push the door upwards in order to get it of the hinges.

When the door opens away from you and is blocked from the other side while being stuck within the frame (no way to pry it off the hinges), there is nothing you can do to open it without damaging it.
I think Max have enough money to replace the damaged door. 😁

My neighbor's cat locked her out of her home one time by lowering the little latch-lock at the bottom of the door. Someone had to come open it. Turned out the latch wasn't very strong because all it took was running into the door.

You can't take it off the hinges from the outside. He had to do what he had to do to get his cat out of there. His only priority it helping the cat. This shows his true personality. Many people only look at him from his racing interactions. When racing you have to be strong and perhaps seemingly harsh, but that is why he is a Champion. You shouldn't judge a person by what you may see. Everybody has another side to them that is private, that is different from their career. I think he is successful at both.

This is the most cat owner thing, at least once we lose them for a while, just to find them a couple of hours later, stuck in a situation that they created for themselves. Both of my cats do that sometimes, one likes to get into to the closet, but doesn't know how to get out, and the other one already went to the roof of my house and couldn't get down because he is scared of heights 😂👍
