That a cracking shot at 05:28. Good set of tents there Chris, for all different times of the year and for different purposes. Thanks for sharing and all the best. Gav
Yeah that was a beautiful sunset just between high crag and haystacks, the colours just stunning.
I feel I have a decent selection for all my needs now I have the 4 seasons. Doesn't stop me looking though! Cheers! 😊
Great video matey. Nice to see the different tent choices you have. We love a good tent don't we? The Fjallraven Abisko Lite 2 looks like a cracking tent. Look forward to seeing how you get on with it in the winter.
It's easy to become gear obsessed! Money and space is the enemy.
Am looking forward to getting out in the abisko in the winter, give it a proper test. Need a bit of a higher r value pad before that though
I like the night cat Chris but I could do without the inner - if it were single skin and sown in I'd go for it. Hey, good you got a bargain from Trekkit - I know em down there. I'll be going passed tomorrow. Well, I started with a Wild Country Duolite Tent/shared between me and my twin brother Paul and a solo gelert, which I still have. More recently it's a Nordisk (Paul's) and a Lunar Solo. Well, have a great week ahead. Mark
Agree with the night cat, my friend lanshan 2 had no inner. It does get a little annoying as it sags overnight, but it does its job for long distance when I'm not in it for too long.
Was impressed with Trekkit, they had a good rewards program too, so I ended up getting the footprint basically for free when it came back in stock. I saw they were based down your neck of the woods.
The wild country tents look like good tents.ni heard a lot of good things about Nordisk as well.
@@ramblebob1 It's funny I always look to see if there is an inner when seeking to buy a tent. Good to know yours works. Yeah, Trekkit are a good company-I've had a few bits off them over the years. Wild Country? This was an old heavy one - as for Nordisk I love the one I've got.
@WyeExplorer i don't mind inner in most cases, just to enclosed on the one person. With my big Agnes if you have the footprint you can pitch without the inner and save weight, which also means you can pitch fly first as well
Here for my Salt creek BA❤❤❤
It's a beautiful tent! It is my favourite of all of them!
Me too… tried… 3days and 2nights.. rain and shine ❤❤❤
