What is the reason for putting silicone on the top of the board before doing the pour?

Hi Kristin, it’s to prevent over pouring the resin. Resin stains wood, so to minimise the chances of staining, we caulk the edges as closely as possible.

I’m sorry, my friend, but epoxy waterfalls, rivers, whatever are as ugly as sin to begin with, but when you add bullets to the mix you have moved the ugly to, you’ve got to be kidding. I’m glad you are happy and are having fun, but … whoa.
