Basic Kayak Fishing - Trolling

- In this video I head out with a very simple and basic set up showing that fishing can be done in the simplest set ups. I also explain how I troll when fishing and what.
Many species can be caught while trolling depending on where you are and what you are trolling. This technique can be very effective especially when targeting an active species.
If you are new to fishing from a kayak, we hope that this video has helped in some way to get you started.

Great video. I have a tamarack Kayak and was wondering if I could troll from the rod holders. But I will definitely be having leases on them. I'm watching from West Michigan.
Definitely a good idea to tether the fishing gear if it gets pulled into the water 👍
Love the video and would love to see fishing squid and cut bait would also want to see one using these artificial strip bait that you cut up fake bloodworm and crab and shrimp what do you think about these new artificial cut bait

Could have been helpful if you showed before jumping on the kayak what you use and type of knots and explain when use what. It's good but too long for not enough info.
