I moved to Boston in 1999 and he had quit working for the company because we traveled a lot and his girlfriend was pregnant so he moved back to Boston. We hooked back up then and he showed me around Boston. It’s actually one of my favorite cities and I’ve lived all over the world. I’m a big history buff so I really like Boston for that and I really like the locals there. Coming from LA where there is a lot of fake shit going on in Boston people are real and if they don’t like you they will let you know. They don’t sugarcoat shit and I like that. I moved to NYC after Boston and I think that Boston prepared me for NYC because the people are definitely different back east than they are here on the West Coast and Southwest. The only thing I didn’t like about Boston is the winters because I’m from Phoenix and we just don’t have those types of winters. But I definitely miss the food there,the North End especially. The best pizza I’ve ever had was there and I lived in Naples,Italy for a few months. When I lived in Boston it was dope. I haven’t been back since 2004 but I think I might go back out there to visit this summer
@@tomking7080 Boston isn't too bad. I grew up in the ghetto! I lived in Field's Corner. I live in Ashmont for a while, then back to Field's Corner lol. I'm 54 so we lived there around the same time. I used to see the New Kids all the time. I didn't know them though. There's some good food in Boston. We used to hangout in the combat zone and Chinatown.

He had a brother that died surfing in Hawaii in the early 90’s. I lived on the Stoneham/Woburn border right there on route 28,I think it was. I then moved to Back Bay which was really dope. The company I worked for they paid half our rent and the place in Back Bay was a 4 bedroom brownstone basically so the rent wasn’t that bad. Plus I made really good money. I use to hang out at Daisy Buchanans on Newbury Street everyday. My girlfriend at the time was a bartender/waitress there. Man those were good times. I heard that Daisy’s is closed and actually my buddy Jimmy has the Daisy’s sign that use to hang on the inside. I’m most likely going to go and visit this summer. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been there. When I was there the Big Dig was actually going on.
