YES! Let’s do this!! Maybe we can’t send money or buy gifts, but we can play a huge part by watching ads and re-watching and sharing videos! Always remember to hit that like 👍🏼
Rupert has such a sweet spirit! It’s no wonder the turkeys follow him! My heart melted when he hugged the horse, and told her he loved her! He’s probably the best medicine for those horses! There is magic between children and horses. Children can heal horses, and horses can heal children. I can tell the horses already feel comfortable in their new home. Hopefully, they will soon start to gain weight. Just make sure to give them a daily dose of Rupert!
Grace & Charlotte's condition simultaneously breaks my heart and causes me to smile knowing they are safe. I used to volunteer for a similar organization; they rescued race horses. I spent many mornings crying when a new adoptee would come in 400 lbs underweight. I live in central AZ (Phoenix) in the desert. Unscrupulous owners have let horses go in the desert where they don't know how to survive. They would show up at the ranch with a stomach full of sand from trying to eat the little bit of greens they could find. One of our volunteers followed a horse in the desert for four days before he was able to get close. We brought a beautiful thorough bred in who's owner raced him too hard too soon and blew out his knee. He was promising as a race horse. Watching them doze off when they finally feel safe would cause everyone to weep. Special work you are doing for sure. God bless you all.
Yesterday I cried tears of grief. Today I cried tears of joy, seeing Charlotte and Grace safe, loved, and cared for in their new home. They KNOW. That's why Grace just laid down and fell asleep. Imagine the years of stress and trauma they can let go of now. Fresh air, sun, delicious and nutritious feed, fresh grass, other horses, other interesting creatures, clean and cushy stall, fresh water, WARM water, loving humans, medical care, grooming, blankies, and lots of interaction. Yes, they really did wake up in heaven today.
I'm in my mid 70's and there was a time in my life when I loved and cared for 5 horses. I do not understand how someone could abandon these wonderful companions. Thank you for the work you are doing and especially bringing a spotlight to this travesty.
I agree……I am 70 and just got my ❤ horse who is 10. I don’t worry about her because when I am too old to care for her I have arranged for her to go to an excellent forever home. I am blessed to have her in my life and love her more than words can say. I admire the Moons for what they do!
Wow this is a marvel of dedication of a people who put in too action there love and respect for all animals thay rescue, being involved in similar kind of rescue with cat's and dogs, we know that feeling of achievement and the pleasure it brings, too give quality of life is one of the greatest feelings, and see them living again and enjoying life as thay do for us. You the moons and all who take the time to think of the suffering of those who have no say in how there's is directed are truly heven sent. Keep up your great work and the magic of happiness xx ❤
Because of Love!! "this is a true story" A brother and sister had made their usual hurried, obligatory pre- Christmas visit to the little farm where dwelt their elderly parents with their small herd of horses. The farm was where they had grown up and it had been named Lone Pine Farm because of the huge pine, which topped the hill behind the farmhouse. Through the years the tree had become a talisman to the old man and his wife, and a landmark in the countryside. The young siblings had fond memories of their childhood here, but the city hustle and bustle added more excitement to their lives, and called them away to a different life. The old folks no longer showed the horses, for the years had taken their toll, and getting out to the barn on those frosty mornings was getting harder, but it gave them a reason to get up in the mornings and a reason to live. They sold a few foals each year, and the horses were their reason for joy in the morning and contentment at day's end. Angry, as they prepared to leave, the young couple confronted the old folks "Why do you not at least dispose of The Old One." She is no longer of use to you. It's been years since you've had foals from her. You should cut corners and save so you can have more for yourselves. How can this old worn out horse bring you anything but expense and work? Why do you keep her anyway?" The old man looked down at his worn boots, holes in the toes, scuffed at the barn floor and replied, " Yes, I could use a pair of new boots." His arm slid defensively about the Old One's neck as he drew her near. With gentle caressing he rubbed her softly behind her ears. He replied quietly, "We keep her because of love. Nothing else, just love." Baffled and impatient, the young folks wished the old man and his wife a Merry Christmas and headed back toward the city as darkness stole through the valley. The old couple shook their heads in sorrow that it had not been a happy visit. A tear fell upon their cheeks. How is it that these young folks do not understand the peace of the love that filled their hearts? So it was, that because of the unhappy leave-taking, no one noticed the smell of the insulation smoldering on the frayed wires in the old barn. None saw the first spark fall. None but the "Old One". In a matter of minutes, the whole barn was ablaze and the hungry flames were licking at the loft full of hay. With a cry of horror and despair, the old man shouted to his wife to call for help as he raced to the barn to save their beloved horses. But the flames were roaring now, and the blazing heat drove him back. He sank sobbing to the ground, helpless before the fire's fury. His wife back from calling for help cradled him in her arms, clinging to each other, they wept at their loss. By the time the fire department arrived, only smoking, glowing ruins were left, and the old man and his wife, exhausted from their grief, huddled together in front of the barn. They were speechless and stunned as they rose from the cold snow covered ground. They nodded thanks to the firemen as there was nothing anyone could do now. The old man turned to his wife, resting her white head upon his shoulder as his shaking old hands clumsily dried her tears with a frayed red bandana. Brokenly he whispered, "We have lost much, but God has spared our home on this eve of Christmas. Let us gather strength and climb the hill to the old pine where we have sought comfort in times of despair. We will look down upon our home and give thanks to God that it has been spared and pray for our beloved most precious gifts that have been taken from us. And so, he took her by the hand and slowly helped her up the snowy hill as he brushed aside his own tears with the back of his old, withered hand. The journey up the hill was hard for their old bodies in the steep snow. As they stepped over the little knoll at the crest of the hill, they paused to rest, looking up to the top of the hill, the old couple gasped and fell to their knees in amazement at the incredible beauty before them. Seemingly, every glorious, brilliant star in the heavens was caught up in the glittering, snow-frosted branches of their beloved pine, and it was aglow with heavenly candles. And poised on its top- most bough, a crystal crescent moon glistened like spun glass. Never had a mere mortal created a Christmas tree such as this. They were breathless as the old man held his wife tighter in his arms. Suddenly, the old man gave a cry of wonder and incredible joy. Amazed and mystified, he took his wife by the hand and pulled her forward. There, beneath the tree, in resplendent glory, a mist hovering over and glowing in the darkness was their Christmas gift. Shadows glistening in the night light. Bedded down around the "Old One" close to the trunk of the tree, was the entire herd, safe. At the first hint of smoke, she had pushed the door ajar with her muzzle and had led the horses through it. Slowly and with great dignity, never looking back, she had led them up the hill, stepping cautiously through the snow. The foals were frightened and dashed about. The skittish yearlings looked back at the crackling, hungry flames, and tucked their tails under them as they licked their lips and hopped like rabbits. The mares that were in foal with a new years crop of babies, pressed uneasily against the "Old One" as she moved calmly up the hill to safety beneath the pine. And now she lay among them and gazed at the faces of the old man and his wife. Those she loved she had not disappointed. Her body was brittle with years, tired from the climb, but the golden eyes were filled with devotion as she offered her gift ---LOVE. Because of love. Only Because of love. Tears flowed as the old couple shouted their praise and joy... And again the peace of love filled their hearts. This is a true story. Willy Eagle
I loved Rupert hugging Grace and telling her he loved her. My eyes welled up with tears. I’m so happy for these horses and that your message is getting out to more and more people.
@@julielumsden5184 Truck and trailer would be the best thing because not only hauling horses but bags of feed and special hay and equipment they need would benefit the Moons a whole LOT more.
I want to see Grace's ribs fill out, her eyes brighten, and get a spring in her step! You have time to make these horses happy. Horses feel love. They feel when someone cares. They know when attention is given just for them. That moment on either side of Nick when they raised their heads and looked really hopeful! So heartening! Have a good week! Blessed Be!
All I can see is love----when Rupert hugs Grace, when Nick talks to Charlotte, and when the two newest horses' ears perked up and they showed their interest in the Moon paradise! What a happy spring for all!
I love how you’re not just reactive in the process of saving these grand horses, but proactive in finding solutions and trying to make changes to the law. Amazing x
Grace is already looking brighter and more relaxed and at ease. The little pony is also looking a lot happier. I laughed a bit at the turkeys following along behind on their walk.
When Rupert hugged Grace and told her he loved her, I began to cry. It was a very moving and touching moment. Thank you for sharing this update with us all.
I can already see the hopeless look in Grace’s eyes on her arrival changing to interested and alert. I feel total joy to watch the changes take place so quickly! ❤
Love to see them starting to blossom. Actually Grace looks quite cheeky :-) . Just imagine being half starved and still having spunk and friskiness.. And the relaxed lying down and sleeping, sensing they are safe now. Makes me really really happy!
The daffodils and countryside at the start of the video looked so beautiful and I had a thought. I was thinking that you could make a calender with photos of the horses, other animals and your beautiful land. The photographs taken at different seasons throughout the year would be lovely. I think calenders would be popular and the funds raised would help to buy supplies needed for the animals. ❤
Those two horse's I could see the relief in their eyes. And it was probably the first time in ages that Grace felt warm and relaxed. Finger crossed over the next few months, she'll gain weight. BLESS THE MOONS. XXX
Yes it was so lovely to see them excited and interested in their new surroundings ! ... and snug and safe tucked up having a snooze .. as old ladies should ❤
I work in small animal rescue in the US and I am sure these two beautiful ladies will learn the joy of finding a safe loving home just as the dogs cats etc we rescue do. Bless you for what you are doing.
Yesterday I cried from sadness and anger. Today I cried from joy and happiness that Grace is comfortable enough to lay down to sleep and Charlotte had an eager spring in her step.
You know l don't know anything about horses but watching the MOONS l have learnt alot l have never cried so much either but DamThis family deserves alot of praise . Why do people who own horses treat them this way they are your family when u get them. I LOVE THE MOON FAMILY ❤
I tear up when I saw this video. So glad you brought Charlotte and Grace to their new home. They already look happier. I have always wanted a horse, but at 63, I think I will live vicariously through y’all. God bless all of you for Texas.
Dear Friends, Thank you for sharing and introducing your new arrivals. The horses are now free of the evil that wanted to take their lives. The price hike of hay contributed to many in the USA having to give up their beautiful horses. They ended up being shipped to Canada and Mexico to the meat trade. It's heart breaking. Now the US does not allow the slaughter of American horses so kill buyers buy them and ship them across the borders of Canada and Mexico. By the time they are bought at auction they can be weeks with no feed and water moved from one auction to another. Horse rescues all across the USA try to rescue them. The meat is shipped to Europe. The more you get involved the worse it gets. Believe you me prayers help and as long as you feed the horses good feed they too grow the magic and kill off the evil. I'm so pleased you are horse lovers too. Lots of love from the Bucking Broncos, the Thoroughbreds, the Mustang, the Quarter horses and the mules just to name but a few. ❤ you guys. AZ USA 🇺🇸.
Thank you for taking the time to show that all is well with Grace and Charlotte, such lovely girls they are lucky you found them in time. Love to you all as always
Anxiously awaiting our ability to see Charlotte, and Grace, (Grace especially), gain weight, and brighten up their coats. Thanks for all you do. You are blessed, and a blessing.
Thank you so much for the update on Grace and Charlotte. They are finally home and will be fully loved. Over the moon about what you do and your family.❤️
You can see the difference already. They both pricked their ears up on their walk. Freedom.😊 You do a great job with the legends Can't wait to see their coats shine and the little one to fill out..one day and they know they will be loved. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
We can all breathe a sigh of relief as these lovely horses are now safe. I am looking forward to the day these lucky animals realise where they have landed and that their wellbeing physically and emotionally will be catered for. Thank goodness for the Moons.
I have waited a day to respond to this latest development of neglected horses. How anyone can do this ...... Like Jenny, I get emotional when I hear and see this.... Thank God for you and your family. I am sorry that I am not in a position to assist but know that I watch with keen interest and empathy as your charges gain a renewed spirit.
Omg I'm now in tears, those beautiful babies, thank goodness they found you guys. What a blessing for them, you can see it in their eyes, and they can't believe their luck!! You are all truly amazing human beings doing the Lords work 🙏 ❤️ reminds me of Black beauty and ginger, and I am looking forward to watching their improvement each day. Keep it up, Moons 🌙 Thanks for sharing the world needs to see this ❤
God bless you both and your family for being so compassionate and loving to all the animals. I am so glad you were able to first rescue and now nurture these beautiful girls' back to health. Keep on being magical.❤
Yesterday's vlog seeing Jennie's response says it all: What a moment that must be to know you are giving these two lovely ladies a retirement they deserve.
I just know Grace and Charlotte are saying their prayers tonight and thanking their lucky moon stars as they eat their way back to health.... whew!!! I was so worried they weren't going to make their way to finer pasture... but look at them soaking up the love. I'm so very glad I found you on the vlog-o-sphere!
Aw… you can just see these sweet girls relaxing under your loving touch and care. To wake up there in the lovely serene space and the soft, clean bedding must be such a tonic for them. When you put that marvelous blue blanket on Grace… was there anyone who was able to stop the tears flowing? You, Jen and the boys are making a difference- thank you.🙏🏻
What a difference 24 hours makes. Those horses already know they are loved. You guys are a blessing not just for the animals but for us too. You give our hearts little blessings each time we watch you! ❤️
They are both beautiful and in for a new life they will enjoy and love. Thank you both for saving Grace and Charlotte. They were very alert during their walk and loving it, their ears all perked up and the curiosity about everything. Have a beautiful day
From Huckleberry Farms Fishman deficit equine animals thank you for saving them we do have the same problem in this country going to slaughter houses again thank you for your courage and your Devotion to these great animals
It's beautiful to see the horses brightening up. Grace was really interested in the sights and sounds. Charlotte is adorable too. Your children will develop such a compassionate heart around these sweethearts and you two wonderful parents. I'm so glad that you are raising awareness of this issue and able to rescue horses like these two beautiful creatures. Thank you and I really appreciate and feel your anger is appropriate in this circumstance, Jenny. You have great control! After all, who deserves to be treated this way?
Thank you for sharing this video today. I've been thinking about and praying for the horses. Good to hear they are both healthier than thought. Your love will help heal their soul and the special food mix will help put pounds on. God bless you and your family for all you do for the animals. ❤️
I applaud all of you for the wonderful work that you did after yesterday's video and then todays my heart soared with such love when Nick put the royal blue blanket with the gold on it and watching the two ladies with Nick walking down the road. So regal they look happy and I'm sure it will not take but a very short time. They're going to be similar to a very beautiful life. It just it's wonderful. I can't really say enough and put it into words other than God bless you all and it's going to happen. Amen 🙏♥️
I’ve been eagerly waiting for your video today, to see Charlotte and Grace and get an update on how they are doing. They really seemed to enjoy that walk and nibble of grass ❤ not to mention being brushed and Ru hugged ❤ You truly are wonderful caring people 🤗 Also… Cantho seemed especially eager to get out into the field today 😂
Thank you for your rescue of these old beauties your entire family are all horse whispers you all know how to show them your love and caring. Truly beautiful to see the love and care given to these ladies & to all the animals, also Harold & Roger crack me up every time seeing them following you all around 🦃
The look of contentment 😊. So lovely to know they’ll be happy and looked after for the remainder of their lives no matter how long or short that’ll be.
Yesterday when u brought Grace out of the transport it was like she said thank u when her hoof touched the ground. If u didnt here her she did say thank u.
Yes Mummy Moon, totally understand. Charlotte is a beautiful soul and she'll feel better soon and know she's safe. If I was a horse I'd jump the gate to live with you 😍 They already know everything's going to be ok. So lovely to see them having a walk out to get their legs moving. Love from Argyll, Scotland. xx
My heart literally swells at how sweet and sensitive and loving your little blonde fella is. He’s gonna be like his daddy, every bit a man with a heart that will make you melt…how lucky he and his siblings are to have you as his parents not to mention the space, fresh air and animals. So wholesome. ❤️
Your video yesterday brought me to tears. How can humans treat these beautiful Champions so badly? Thankfully, they can live out their days peacefully with the wonderful Moons to care for them. ❤
When Nick pulled off her blanket, I burst into tears. She's got a long road ahead of her to get back to normal. I can't even express the grattitude I feel for the Moons.

Willy, thank you for sharing this story of love. 🫶
I loved Rupert hugging Grace and telling her he loved her. My eyes welled up with tears. I’m so happy for these horses and that your message is getting out to more and more people.
What a sweet moment that was!
I almost cried & you could tell he meant it. He’s definitely made a friend!
What a difference a day makes , they looked so happy whilst out on their walk , they must think they’re in heaven . 💕
Many horses will not lay down for sleep unless they feel safe...but at the Moons...the slept and dreamed of the future. Well done!
Those two dears look exhausted, but they seem to sense they are in a loving place now. Thank you! You are incredible people.
I cant imagine what a sigh of relief those two had when given a roomy clean bedded stall. I saw the difference just in their eyes!
I noticed that, too. ❤️
Please start a go fund to buy a horse van for the farm. Will make things much easier!!!!❤🐎❤

I work in small animal rescue in the US and I am sure these two beautiful ladies will learn the joy of finding a safe loving home just as the dogs cats etc we rescue do. Bless you for what you are doing.
They are looking and acting better already. They know they are safe and loved. You are amazing!
The stot of Rupert standing in front of Grace, hugging her chest, touches my heart. Thank you for all you do. ❤️ 🎉❤🎉😊
Yesterday I cried from sadness and anger. Today I cried from joy and happiness that Grace is comfortable enough to lay down to sleep and Charlotte had an eager spring in her step.
I was fine up until Rupert says oh you’re so cute, I love you. 😢 ❤❤

You know l don't know anything about horses but watching the MOONS l have learnt alot l have never cried so much either but DamThis family deserves alot of praise . Why do people who own horses treat them this way they are your family when u get them. I LOVE THE MOON FAMILY ❤
It was beautiful watching them out for a walk. Blessings to the Moons.
I tear up when I saw this video. So glad you brought Charlotte and Grace to their new home. They already look happier. I have always wanted a horse, but at 63, I think I will live vicariously through y’all. God bless all of you for Texas.
Hi, you can volunteer at local rescues. There is always a few close by.
A little spunk is good to see. A lethargic, uninterested horse is too sad, so glad to see their spark.
So happy to see both of those beautiful ladies standing ❤️ They are in the best place possible. Keep giving them their kisses mommy Moon❤️
Awww.. they look like such well behaved girls. I loved it when Rupert hugged the one❤. The turkeys obviously like them
They are safe now and will enjoy a beautiful life. ❤
God bless the Moons!
You guys must have an amazing animal aura. The speed that Grace and Charlotte look so comfortable is terrific.
I agree, such a wonderful positive energy exudes from the Moons and it speaks volumes to all the animals on the farm. ❤❤❤❤
Wonderful people thank you xxxxxxx 🎉
❤ you guys. AZ USA 🇺🇸.
Awe Charlotte and Grace look so happy and they feel the love ❤️. She looked so adorable in her horse 🐎 coat on ❤️
Thank you for taking the time to show that all is well with Grace and Charlotte, such lovely girls they are lucky you found them in time.
I look forward to seeing Grace and Charlotte improve! It was so sweet to see Rupert hugging Charlotte! That is bound to help her get better. 😊

We can all breathe a sigh of relief as these lovely horses are now safe. I am looking forward to the day these lucky animals realise where they have landed and that their wellbeing physically and emotionally will be catered for. Thank goodness for the Moons.
Talk about ugly cry… that is what happened when I watched the first video. Now tears, tears of relief knowing they are in loving hands once again.
Love that some spirit & friskiness is already returning!!!!
Keep it up, Moons 🌙 Thanks for sharing the world needs to see this ❤
You all are a ray of sunshine in an otherwise sad and depressing world at times. Thank you for all you do. X
A new life on the moon. Over the moon, with the Moons. Thanks for all you do for these horses and the other critters.

These two treasures look exhausted. I sure look forward to watching their recovery with you. Bless you. Wish I could give more.
God bless you both and your sweet family! ❤
We need more people in the world like you both, so caring, thank you for sharing 😊

Love from Argyll, Scotland. xx
Love what you do ❤
My heart literally swells at how sweet and sensitive and loving your little blonde fella is.
Tears again after yesterday's heartbreaking video, but oh my goodness, these are happy tears!! Magical Moons....you're the BEST, & thank you!!!! ❤️
You and your family are doing something so worthwhile. Bless you all and thank you.
When Nick pulled off her blanket, I burst into tears. She's got a long road ahead of her to get back to normal. I can't even express the grattitude I feel for the Moons.
