    They must have put 50k into repairs and updates, which is much more than anyone makes in Cleveland; the median income is 38k. wow, she's a beauty. hard to believe that house was selling for 40k not too long ago. right down the street from Cudell Rec center, public housing and Augusta Manor.

    Grew up in that town . Banks wouldn't loan money on most those Old neighborhood's . Today everyone wants to live in places given up on Year's ago .

      @@livinginnortheastohio8643 Mid 80's my Girlfriend yelled at me for wanting to buy house in Treemont , before the overpass and new stadium were built . $13k Four apartment dwelling high up on the hill overlooking the city . Now it's block's of condo's :(

      @@surgen9499 the area has changed a lot but it Wasn’t the best in the 80’s, From my understanding. but if you could have bought a house then, it would have been well worth it. Now it’s important to think, where’s the next area of opportunity 😎

    Unreasonable price tag. Size, fit and finishing, location doesn't dictate over $725 k price tag. This is a frame house not brick! A brick house might be easier to justify but a frame house? No. Bank won't appraise more than $250 k infact the house is worth $250k not $725k asking price. The owner is a house flipper.
