Yes, property taxes here are one of the highest in the Cleveland area. Which is why we see affordable home prices in this area for the most part but it’s the taxes that get you!

Thank you! A lot of Cleveland suburbs are like this. If you want some space, move south towards the Cuyahoga valley national park, east of route 271 or west towards Columbia station area. You’ll be about 25-30 minutes or so from downtown at this point but you’ll have some space!

If this home was located where I live, across the border, it would have a listing price of $1.1 - 1.3 million. I had to check when this was posted because the price blew my mind. ✌😉 lovely home.
Where are you from? Very affordable list price. The heights does have high property taxes, around 3.6%!

Ohio is a great place to live. I moved to Florida from Columbus and I'm heading back north. These hurricanes and our current Gov. have ruined FL. We have the highest home and auto insurance in the nation and traffic is a nightmare. The suburbs in Ohio are stunning. You can find a hell of a house in Ohio for $300k
They got paint all over the place
I noticed that on the front door but there’s very few areas in the house that have “sloppy paint”. Most flips are not the greatest but honestly, they did a great job on this home.
