Hvala, buraz.
I’ve seen the folding mirrors on the overseas models, but, they are not available on the U.S. market. Too bad Hyundai doesn’t make it available for everyone.😢 I have a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid I bought in Nov. 2022 and so far I’m loving it. Was able to buy ours at MSRP through a dealer in SoCal. Rented a car in NorCal drove and dropped it off at rental place in LA, had my brother in law pick us up and drive us to the dealer. Did some paperwork and drove it home.
Very useful video! Thank you! Great feature!
Thanks glad you like it 😀
Thanks glad you like it 😀
Fantastic car
Great feature, scary to use. My mirrors did not fold in when I used it.
Just purchased a 2024 Tucson Limited & my mirrors do not fold in either when remote start/move vehicle with key fob ...
Greetings from southern Ontario Canada my sister lives in Vancouver and she has the model but the phev 1
Cheers to Ontario 😀 enjoy the car
❤
Thanks for the demo. What color is this? This a hybrid variant?
Thank you for your reply and nice demo. Is the remote parking manually controlled only via remote and it can only move forward and backward. Can it do parallel parking? Will the steering move left or right if there is an obstacle while moving? Is this the hybrid variant? BTW what is the mpg fuel consumption in city and highway? There are a lot of numbers out there, but it's best to ask the owner. I am considering of buying this over the rav4.
I just purchased a 2024 Tucson Limited. Dash display showing I am averaging 26 to 27 mpg. Likely once broke in, mpg should increase, at least I hope so @@Colonel_Mar
How did you get the side mirrors to fold?
Appear only on Non-US vehicles have them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
My car blinks it's parking lights at me when I try to get it to auto park .. any thoughts on why?
Shut the engine down. Lock the Doors. Then start the engine with the doors locked. Mirrors don't fold/unfold on mine. Watch for the "alarm" set (hazard) light to blink on, I check the dash through the glass to see it IS running. Press and HOLD the proper travel button on the key fob, You must be within two metres of the car with nothing in the way of the vehicle travel it will not move if there is an obstacle. It may take a few seconds for the car to respond to the remote control as it self checks everything. .
I just bought a 2023 limited, how do you get your mirrors to fold automatically!?
@jiliahnne boyd Lucky!! They were all out of white which is what I was looking for. I got red, it's grown on me. Love this car!!
I have the same question hope someone answers 🤷♀️
Same question
I just got one too, sadly the US version doesn't have auto-folding mirrors, supposedly because we have fewer small roads where they'd be needed. Bummer!
I’m from El Salvador and I just got mine and I only touch the door handle button and they fold and unfold
Can you do this if the parking brake is on?
It sounds like the parking brake is on here, the car just drives with it on.
When using this feature, parking brake disengages. @@jbmop
Inshaalloh
but not parallel parking?
koja je najljepša boja za ovaj auto, što misliš?
meni osobno crna ali ja inače obožavam crne aute. Od ostalih mi se recimo ističe Dark Knight (tamno siva, još kad se doda crni krov odlična kombinacija)
Does it have "Parallel Park Assist"?
nope! used this feature in real life and its entirely unrealistic in real life scenarios. The self-park/park assist on my Toyota car hybrid is WAY better
0:44 omg that car makes some noise! 😅
I believe that is just the electronic parking break releasing
How to stop it?
Just stop holding the button like you can see in video, as soon as I start to hold the button it stops. Also stops automatically if it detects something close to it
my key got only 3 buttons
This is optional equipment
What's the point?
Parking in tight places, garages etc
But this video just shows the car moving slowly forwards and backwards in a straight line.
Exactly that point
It will auto turn to stay in lines in carpark
So it cant turn? It just drives forward and backwards like a crappy rc car? If so thats pretty useless. I swear kia and hyundai add crazy features so you look past their engine troubles. My 17 sorento just died after 5 months of ownership. Complete engine failure at 75k. Never again. I have this as a rental, and almost forgot how bad i hate the company/s after seeing the different features. A sweet sunroof, interior glow and park assist dont do much when its dead in the driveway.
Hence the “assist” in its name, this feature can assist you in situations where you cannot safely enter the vehicle without damage to your car or others. It’s helpful in tight parking spaces, or a tight car port, for example. Remember that Hyundai and Kia also have a self-parking like feature that is totally different from RSPA, which allows the car to turn and adjust to park within the lines of a parking space.
