Deathcore never really has cleans ever. But FFAA used some cleans to help add more gloom to atmosphere of the music. Cleans are never a driving part in Deathcore like it is in Metalcore.

I think that 22 seconds is a bit short for a fry tho, fry can be held so much longer than a false cord scream and considering that Joe is a super experienced and professional vocalist I would still say that he does false cord

Max aka Reflex to be fair, low fry screams are still going to be harder to hold than high fry screams. 22 seconds is quite long for a low

I would personnaly be excited to see you review/break down your band's music. That should be great, but don't force yourself though

If you want absolutely bonkers high notes, check out Beast in Black's Vocalists Cover of Ghost Love Score, dude nails them high notes or just Beast in Black in general. That guy has insane high notes

Overenunciation helps a lot. I still still he's doing fry because he's lacking the gargly sound in his vocals and there's sort of a constant "hiss" going on in his voice that you'd usually get when doing fry.

I know everyone else is suggesting this but you really gotta check out their Rain City Sessions or K Pit performance. Their vocalist is an absolute monster live.

Not trying to one up the tip on using back to rewind, but J, K and L rewind, pause and fast forward, respectively ;)
