The big question is who has 2.5 crores to invest. The video is only useful to those who already have a nest egg of that value. For an average investor the focus should be on creating these assets gradually and focusing more on increasing income at the same time.

In Lahore average rental yield in 3.9% for apartments and 3% for houses. The property value rises for apartments is about 10% per annum and houses is 20%per annum.
Yes unfortunately real estate is investment of choice for all Pakistanis. Although not the best thing for Pakistan's economy in the large scheme of things. Manufacturing capability of a country is very important and real estate comes at a cost of Manufacturing productive capacity. Makes value of houses unattainable

There is a feature called Locked Staking in Crypto Currencies which yields Passive Income on Monthly and Daily Basis
Some Crypto assets allow Staking that gives passive income. E.g. Zilliqa gives 15% APY, Hex 18% APY, Stable coins have 8 to 12% APY, UST 19.4% .

If you buy an apartment for 2.5 crore that is 3 bedroom you will make 40000 monthly not 1 lakh. Plus your apartment will require maintenance because the tenet misuses the apartment. So you need to investment at least 7 to 8 crores.
It depends on the property - I know properties worth 80 lac providing 32k per month return.
But for a 2.5 caror apartment - it’s is impossible that u get such returns. This equates to only 1.9% rental returns - which is low even the most expensive house with low rental yield.

Wasalam, it really depends - If you dont need a cashflow as of now, you may retain - but looking at how Bahria surprise everyone with new charges, you never know the growth is the same as it has been in future too.
