I don't think the speculation around the manager helps here. INEOS and the Glazers have to take their share of the blame, because when you let it be known you're looking to find a replacement but you don't actually have a suitable replacement lined up (and Potter or Southgate dont count as suitable) then you are inviting disharmony within the squad and exacerbating the issues some players have in terms of their commitment to execute the manager's gameplan.
